Fabi's apartment is a spectacle! Everything is new, well-equipped kitchen, rooms with comfortable beds, large sofa, and what can I say about the view! 😍😍😍 a high floor spectacle where we have the view of the rooms and living room to the sea, waking up with this view every morning was a 🙏🏻 wonderful blessing😍😍😍! Fabi was very attentive from check-in, she welcomed us and helped us with everything we needed. I highly recommend your space, and we will definitely be back 👍🏻👏🏻😉

We loved the stay, Lucas and Nayla were super attentive, the location was great, close to the beach and restaurants, markets, etc. The apartment was impeccable and very fragrant, very complete! The pool is heated and was perfect for the coldest day

I don't have anything to say about Sergio's house. I felt at home, super quiet and calm place, close to the Beto carrier and beautiful beaches. Sérgio, a formidable person, gave helpful tips and I'm sure I'm already marking my return.

I'm here to review the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The apartment is perfect, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, the rooms are very spacious and cozy, all the rooms have air conditioning. The balcony area is huge, overlooking the beach and the Beto Carrero park. The building is newly opened, so it is very new both internally and externally, the common areas are very nice, exceptional leisure. Everything is very close to the market, pharmacy, bakery, etc. It is very close to the Beto Carrero park. Solange is very receptive, and met all our criteria, very helpful. I want to go back to Penha and stay in the same apartment. My family and I love it, I highly recommend it.

The apartment is exactly as advertised and as the photos show, it has an excellent size for a family of up to 4 people, the condominium is quiet, the street is also calm, the location is good, around 20 min of Beto Carrero, has a market, bakery, pharmacy, nearby restaurant (by car), complete accommodation, with all the necessary items for a stay of several days. I highly recommend this home!

The Chalet is awesome! Well located, quiet street and close to the beach. The house, besides being beautiful, is very well equipped. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. In addition, we were greeted with a treat from the host. Roberto also offered several very nice tips on places and what to do in the region. We highly recommend the space!

Extremely pleasant place, we felt at home, super cozy and organized. Very clean house as well as the bathroom. A calm, peaceful place, we will certainly return soon. Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

It was a great stay, a block from the beach. We did everything on foot. And the condominium is complete: swimming pool, fitness center, mini market. Jaison was attentive, he made our check-out flexible. Too bad the view from the bathtub is very different from the photos, unfortunately there is no more green area there, but a huge construction site. They're building buildings. But other than that, it was great. I'd come back more often.

The condominium has several amenities is a great structure, as well as being very safe. Pharmacy, ice cream shop, coffee shop, market, fuel station very close by. The apartment is clean and airy. We love the stay, but the furniture part of the apartment is very simple, more attention could be paid to this part. The host understood our demands and gave us all the support we needed

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! the best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, the game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We will definitely come back more and more often!

We loved our stay, everything was clean and organized, we felt at home, the balcony was perfect for rainy days and barbecuing, the condominium was super organized, there was a great grocery store, snack bars and a gas station in front of the apartment, close to Beto Carreiro, which was perfect.
