Loft with combined living room/kitchen, bathroom and 01 bedroom with two double beds. In the bedroom we have a Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix and air conditioning (detail: the air only works at 21 degrees and is in sigma mode), but it cools the room well. In addition to being well located, it is very comfortable and cozy. 50 meters from the sea, the loft is fully individual and has a garage. Bakery market and gas station less than 1 km away. Beto Carreiro 3 km. A beach and great cuisine. No doubt an amazing experience.
