All the other reviews are spot on. This place is magnificent. The apartment is quite large with lots of space to spread out. The rooms and furnishings are modern and stylish. Chrystal was very helpful when checking in and super responsive to any questions. The location is great with lots of walkable restaurants. Bolt is readily available and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed getting takeout delivered to the house. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the pool and view. We spent so much time out there swimming and watching the boats come and go. This place is one of the very top places we have stayed anywhere.

We stayed in this beautiful penthouse for a week and were excited about it. The clean and tidy environment perfectly reflected the description and photos. The location in a quiet area but not far from the center (about a 12-minute walk) is really delicious. Pool and terrace represent a real plus in this beautiful structure and the hillside location allows you to enjoy a beautiful view. Clear, friendly and responsive communications and directions from the Host have helped us always feel at ease. A great experience! Thank you for everything! We hope to be your guests again!

Lovely apartment, clean, stylish and well equipped. Martina was great to communicate with. Super location overlooking the Mercury shopping plaza and centrally located but zero noise when the balcony doors were shut.Rooftop pool was great to swim in and the views were amazing. Bed was really comfortable and a good size. Very classy place and would highly recommend.

We fell in love with the apartment the moment we stepped in. Everything was neat and impeccably clean. A wonderful balcony, a large living room and two generous bedrooms with separate bathrooms which you can enter from the bedroom and a third bathroom you can enter from the living room. The kitchen has everything one would need. It’s a dream home. There are many restaurants, shops and cafes around, but most importantly - public transport stops with buses to take us anywhere on the island are just around the corner. The hosts were responsive and very friendly, the neighborhood is quiet (with occasional construction sites) and easy to walk around. When we booked, we decided to spend 4 days in this place and another 4 in another AirBnB near Valetta. I am now sorry we didn’t book this apartment for the entire week, as the quality of the places to stay around Valetta is a lot lower for the same amount of money and you can get everywhere by bus

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. They left a few welcome gifts for us and the kitchen was stocked with necessities. The area has a lot of stores and restaurants and you are right next to the sea. We really enjoyed our time.

I was there with my family, with my sister, my father and my uncle. My father and uncle had never flown before and it was all very exciting for them. They felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time, just like me and my sister. The apartment was centrally located, has a breathtaking view and was worth every penny. From the "beach exit" you could practically go directly into the water from the rocks by ladder. That was very nice. In the evening, watching the surroundings from the balcony was also a very nice sight. We will be happy to come back.

This was a perfect apartment for me and my children, next to the splash and fun and ice cream shops and easy access on to the coast road. Modern apartment with everything we needed. Would definitely book again next time I go to Malta

Apart from the black out situation due to the recent instruction work at Balluta, my overall experience in Martina's Seaview penthouse is top notch and truly one of kind. Not gonna be bored with balcony, bring good mood with the view every morning, let alone a place to have breakfast/dinner/hanging out. The interior is thoughtful and detailed in showcasing the local culture with a contemporary twist. Everything is clean and neat. Both hosts are super helpful. Highly recommended if you would stay beyond St Julians or Valletta, where you will not disappoint fr. Thank you!

Really lovely studio apartment with a lovely view to watch the sun going down in the evening and the boats coming and going. Public transport almost outside the door with buses straight into St Paul’s bay, Buggiba, Sliema and Valletta. Balcony a real bonus. Everything you could need in the apartment, comfy bed, fantastic shower. Had a wonderful week thank you Tracey.

As coming to Malta for the first time I was worried a bit. Location turn out out to be a perfect spot, close to centre but away from traffic and noise yet close by bus stop. Accommodation was neat and clean. The hosts were v nice, friendly and really helpful with information and advices. We enjoyed our stay and hopefully will come back. Big thank you from us.

We had an amazing stay at this penthouse apartment in St. Paul's Bay! The apartment was spacious and clean, with stunning views of the Mediterranean. The balcony was a great spot for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. The kitchen was well-equipped, with little extras available, making our stay nice and easy. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Great location with tonnes of options to eat around you and easy public transport links

We had a great stay at the appartment in St. Julian’s. We'd recommend it. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport (best way to get around) and walking distance to many 'must haves' - restaurants, casual eating and food shops. The appartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a pleasant stay overall. The only slight downside was that the flat is on a busy road so it can get quite noisy when you're in the living room or on the balcony. However, the bedrooms were quiet and allowed for a good night's rest. Great aircon. Overall, we’d recommend it - couple and adult daughter.

The location was good with great views across the harbour to Valletta and of Birgu next door to us. Birgu was a short walk from the apartment and Valletta easily accessed on the Three Cities ferry. We all enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and furnished with great attention to detail. Felt at home right away. The absolute highlight was the huge terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Ron was always available and responded immediately to any messages. I’d definitely come back!

Great location. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Ferry to Valletta and loads of tours all walkable. Apartment very comfortable for 4 adults both bedrooms en-suite. Fantastic views from balcony and having a hot tub was an added bonus. Jean-Pierre is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. Lots of recommendations. Lovely welcoming basket of fresh fruit, pastries, water and sparkling wine!!

The hosts accepted a very spontaneous booking and welcomed us very kindly. The check-in on site was uncomplicated and everything necessary was explained to us. The apartment was super clean and everything was available, we couldn't have wished for it and not better. We want to come back! :)

The apartment was very clean, with incredible views. We really enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi. The neighborhood and the area is very quiet and peaceful and the hosts responded within minutes of us messaging them. Overall a wonderful experience, i would love to come again.

Extremely clean flat, very comfortable, everything is new. The Jacuzzi outside was a real plus. We didn't have a chance to meet Thomas in person, but he was always very reactive by phone and very kind. I would definitely recommend this flat and it's host!
