From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Laura personally greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, shared local tips, and even left some thoughtful goodies to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect—just two blocks off the Malecón in the heart of the art district. It was close enough to some of our favorite restaurants (No Se Nada, Melissa’s, Pipi’s, and Gaby’s) while offering a peaceful retreat from the lively energy of the Malecón. We loved starting our mornings with a walk along the waterfront before heading out for the day. The condo itself was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and having laundry facilities was a great convenience. But the true highlight was the private rooftop terrace—the perfect spot for morning coffee, soaking up the sun, and even getting in a workout. We travel extensively and have never experienced such kind and attentive hosts before. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommend!

El pueblito was beautiful and easy to find- the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was close to the beach and to town and felt like a very safe neighborhood. We would definitely come back again!

Better than expected. Have been coming to the area for 23 years. This place was very spacious, clean and great views of the ocean. very nice to have a private beach and several pools. specially the 2 roof pools. Great communication from the host. we will definitely be booking this place again

The place was just as described and really roomy. The area is nice and felt safe and comfortable. I saw people walking their dogs outside day and night almost everyday. There’s restaurants and taco stands within walking distance as well as wine and bar locations and they had really calm and cheerful neighborhood vibes. It felt very safe and peaceful in the area. My family enjoyed the pool and the ability to sit together in the dining room table and open the sliding doors really wide. We had 5 adults in our group and we were comfortable in this location. We had a car and we were able to park it in the designated gated space. We also took a few Ubers to Zona Romantica and it was within $6 to $8.

Esmeralda if she is a super host, she is super friendly, responds quickly and was very willing to resolve any issues she suggests about the stay or the apartment. Your warmth in treatment and kindness is what makes a big difference and ensures you enjoy it to the fullest. The apartment is nice, comfortable, ample and very serene. The pool and jacuzzi in the complex are quite large and enjoyable as well. Recommendations on where to go and where to eat were very accurate. It is a few blocks from the sea market and the marina. In addition, the location is ideal as it is close to other cute places. Something additional is that the apartment is very accessible, there is an elevator and ramps in the building, so an elderly person can move around well. In short, my family and I are happy to have found this place, we will surely be back.

Our stay at Casa Linda Vista was amazing. Alex is a great host. The view from the very large and private deck was awesome. The Malecon and beach are 5 minutes away and a large super market is a 10 minute walk away. We would definitely stay there again.

Leticia was an excellent host and the condo was just as described. When we had a couple of questions and requests Leticia was prompt to answer and came over to meet with us to make sure everything was good. She was easy to speak with and the condo was exactly as we expected. Great building central to the marina area with perfect views and amenities. The other guests in the building were very pleasant and friendly. There were no surprises and we were extremely satisfied with the condo unit, the building overall and with all interactions with Leticia who we would highly recommend. We had a great month staying at her condo which made for an excellent experience for us.

I had an amazing stay! The host was truly exceptional; thoughtful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The space itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything I needed, even bottled water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was fantastic, convenient and safe, with easy access to everything I wanted to explore. For the quality and comfort, the price was honestly unbeatable. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay

The home was quiet, very comfortable, beautiful, and safe. Nice residential neighborhood with a wonderful large park across the street. It is close to Costco and a very large upscale market where just about anything one may need or want can be found, both only three blocks away. Communication with the host was awesome, if anything came up, or if we didn't know how to use something they were very quick to help us. The internet was fast and reliable. If you're from the U.S. turn your wifi calling feature on and you're phone will work perfectly. It's a complete home with everything most of us would want and use in our own home, such as a great Iron, as well as a washer/dryer. The kitchen was wonderful with everything needed to make great meals. It is a very roomy home but feels intimate, like home. Bedrooms are large, and bathrooms also. I enjoyed the firm mattress but my wife preferred a bit more cushion. The entire home was spotless, top to bottom.

Excellent choice, it was very comfortable and spacious for everyone. The host was very clear with the instructions for everything. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioners worked very well, there was no noise at night and it is as described in the ad. The area is good, it is relatively close to the center. The Internet was good for us and we felt totally at home. Highly recommended!! We stayed for about 7 nights

We are Colombians living in Mexico. I stayed in this apartment, very comfortable, clean, relaxed, close to everything, great service. I felt right at home, air conditioning, fan, kitchen equipped with elements that make your stay easier, refrigerator, oven, hot water, dishes, cable TV, good internet, safe, good parking, we will definitely be back

Incredible place to stay! We were there for a month and it was a true home away from home. It was exactly as advertised and spotlessly clean upon check in. I could literally see my reflection in the white tile floors. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive and kind the entire trip! The only snag we hit was running out of propane and they resolved that for us right away and were very communicative and reassuring during the fix. The neighborhood is conveniently located and easy to travel to and from the house. There are plenty of stores and places to eat walkable distance. There is not a washer and dryer (the listing stated that there wasn’t so we knew in advance) but there is handwashing laundry set up and a full service laundromat next door (that was great). This is a very safe area to stay in. We would absolutely recommend this home and host and will be returning and renting from them again.

This is the third consecutive year that we have spent our winter in Matilde's Condo - it is our home away from home.......... The location could not be better - everything that you may need from day to day essentials to a restaurant meal are only steps away. The Condoo is Mexican in style and overlooks the Marina, with the Sierrs Madre Mountains serving as a backdrop. The interior courtyard of the complex is a quiet tropical oasis, with a large pool and palapa. The Condo is fully equipped for the needs of long term guests, including a drinking water service through the Front Desk. You could not wish for a better host than Matilde. Any isues that arose, were dealt with expeditiously, and to our satisfaction. A note of caution: it would seem that November to April is construcion season, and noise from jackhammering - which we experienced -can become a major issue. Through Matilde we able to discuss, and ultimately mitigate the problem with the Project Manager. Enjoy your stay.......

We stayed at Andres’ place for a week and it was perfect for us. It was in a great central location that made it easy to get wherever we wanted to go. It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The condo was peaceful and well-decorated. The couch was super comfy and nice to sink into after a long day of exploring Puerto Vallarta. The bed was big and cozy. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone considering staying there.

The apartment and the housing complex are very beautiful, a little frustrating, so much information and steps that it puts you to take but in general the depa very well

Our stay was very nice with the family, but at the time of arrival there was no one who opened the door for us, we did not understand the instructions to open the box since it is a little complex to open, the recommendation would be for them to make a more detailed description of how to open it, and it was not 100% clean, underneath and the furniture there is dust, from there in addition to everything very well! It is very close to the beach right in front there is an access, I loved, I wish they could add a grill :)

I had a great stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic — very close to tons of bars and restaurants. The space itself was super clean, modern, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The rooftop was definitely a highlight, with a beautiful pool and great views. The gym is a bit small, and one thing to note is that the building rules don’t allow guests to bring friends up to the rooftop, but that was the only minor downside. Overall, it was absolutely worth it, and I would definitely come back!

The property is very nice, just like the photos, as well as clean and tidy. The beds were delightful!! I loved it. I rested very well. The property is excellent, I recommend it 👌 Bolongo's location seems excellent to me as it is halfway between Cruz de Huanacaxtle and Punta de Mita. I like that the complex has amenities for the whole family, from a playroom, store, coffee... I would love it if the pool facing the beach were not so far away and without so many stairs... but other than that, everything is great.

Outstanding stay! Exactly as described and then some. Condo and grounds meticulously maintained. Ronnie was a tremendous host and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Would 100% return!
