An excellent beachfront accommodation, with large spaces and excellent distribution for large groups and has everything you need while you stay. In the parking lot the cars are safe. There is a restaurant on the side where you can buy food and a super market that sends you home what you need what makes a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended

the place is just as in the photos , only one detail in the photos only one bedroom appears and in reality there are 2 and both have air conditioning, it is clean, clean beds the part of the garden is very nice , don Cruz is always very friendly

We loved our stay at Karla's! We stayed for over 2 months & were very happy. Location excellent. 10 minute walk to beach & restaurants & bars. Pool was lovely. Lots of other Canadians there whom we met and they shared great advice and tips. The area is safe and the guard and staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is very spacious. The A/C worked excellent as did the internet. Big TV, we brought a firestick so could watch all our shows. The beds are comfortable. Communication with Karla and her father was excellent. Any time we had a question or problem, she responded right away and resolved the issue. A couple notes: most of the door & window screens were ripped so unusable. Pigeons make a huge mess on the back patio. Guests should ensure apartment gets fumigated for roaches prior to arrival. Couches are very uncomfortable. We were conservative with A/C - 5700 pesos for 2 months. Overall, we were very happy with our stay & would love to stay again! Thank you Karla!

everything is very good, some details with the house but that were not dependent on the administrator but on the utilities, otherwise all exelente

Everything was excellent as always , the accommodation was the hosts etc, only that since last year the refrigerator is not only good for the upstairs. No hela downstairs , just that inconvenience outside of that is excellent

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The property is in the middle of the community and it is an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed having the 5 bedrooms. The restaurant next door is amazing. Fran was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us have a great stay.

Ariel’s place is just as described, pretty close to the beach and great for families. The pool was amazing and the attention of the people that welcomed you was incredible, they are very friendly. Surely I ll consider it to go back in a future. Thanks

The house is beautiful and very spacious for a family weekend. The only detail is that the house is missing some maintenance details. (Stove didn't work, the keys to the patio had no water)

Nice place, I recommend it for several people, very close to several beaches and shopping centers, the host was attentive to the needs that were had during this instance.

Excellent place, nice and peaceful, with swimming pool to cool off if you don't want to go to the beach. The hosts are very accessible and friendly.

We had a fantastic 12-day stay at Susan’s guesthouse in San Pancho! Susan was a highly responsive host, making our trip smooth and stress-free. The guesthouse is part of a larger compound, but we had the place to ourselves, which was perfect for me and my teenage son. Located on a quiet dead-end street (aside from the occasional rooster), the neighborhood felt peaceful yet conveniently close to everything. San Pancho’s restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and the beautiful beach is just a 10-15 minute stroll away. The pool was a lifesaver during the hot summer season, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably stocked for our needs, and the guesthouse had everything we required for a relaxing stay. We rented a car to explore nearby Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta, and Sayulita, but San Pancho was the perfect home base. Highly recommend Susan’s place for a cozy, convenient, and memorable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Casita La Vista! I highly recommend this Airbnb and Bruno was an amazing host. He was responsive, friendly, and helpful on our trip. The views from the upper levels are absolutely stunning. We spent a lot of time on the top terrace playing card games, grilling, and watching the beautiful sunset over the ocean. Just note that the property is built across five levels and sits on a steep hill, so getting up there involves a bit of a climb but the views are definitely worth it! The location is also great about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Malecón and the beach. Overall, a peaceful and memorable stay.

Alejandro’s space was in a perfect spot, minutes walk to the beach and restaurants in town but just out of the way enough for a peaceful stay at any hour of the day. Their rooftop terrace alone makes the space worth it. Gracias por todo!

Great place with great service and Paty was great and made some fantastic breakfast for us each morning. Close location in between Almatitan and Tequila. Google maps isn’t the best so look for highway marker labeled “48km” then look across the street for the gate with glass security room attached. Definitely will be back!
