Άνετη διαμονή για 2 άτομα. Ησυχη περιοχή και καθαρό πάνω απ όλα. Πρόσβαση σε σούπερ μάρκετ και φαγητό σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση... Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε

Πολύ όμορφο, ευρύχωρο και καλαίσθητο διαμέρισμα. Η μητέρα της Αναστασίας ως υπέροχη οικοδεσποινα μας καλωσόρισε στο σπιτι και μας ξενάγησε στους διάφορους χώρους. Η θέα από τη βεράντα εκπληκτική με τη θάλασσα σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πεντακάθαρο!!!

Superb! An amazing little hideaway by the sea. Nea Artaki is a gem as is Spyros’ apartment. He was an excellent host and we look forward to coming back to spend more time exploring Evia soon!

Η άφιξη ήταν πανεύκολη, με σαφείς οδηγίες και ευέλικτη ώρα check-in. Ο χώρος ήταν απόλυτα καθαρός, τακτοποιημένος, με προσεγμένα έπιπλα και φρεσκοπλυμένα κλινοσκεπάσματα. Οι φωτογραφίες και η περιγραφή του καταλύματος ανταποκρίνονται πλήρως στην πραγματικότητα. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν εξαιρετική – πάντα διαθέσιμη, φιλική και με χρήσιμες πληροφορίες. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική για χαλάρωση, με ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέμενα!

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway close to Athens. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed. The host went above and beyond, welcoming me with a delicious cake and a bottle of wine. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Will visit again!

Beautiful apartment had everything we needed. Host was fantastic and very friendly replying to us within minutes of messages. Perfect location. Amazing traditional no set menu taverna at end of Street, coffee shops, supermarkets, wool shop and do much on doorstep. Beach at other end of road and main front 10 mins flat walk. 100% recommend and would absolutely come back. Thank you we had a lovely few days in eretria and evia.

Wow! What an amazing stay. An authentic family holiday home that has clearly been loved for generations, in a stunning location, and with all the amenities for a fantastic group / family stay. Eleni was super friendly, kind and helpful, was there to greet us on arrival, and on hand to answer questions throughout. Probably the best Airbnb I've experienced, in over a decade. We will definitely be visiting again.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Auf Fragen wurde umgehend und kompetent reagiert. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön für den bereitstehenden Begrüßungswein und für die selbst eingelegten Oliven.

Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, στο σπίτι βρίσκεις ακριβώς ότι λέει και στην περιγραφή και άψογη τοποθεσία με ωραία θέα!!

Η επικοινωνία με την κυρία Οδύσσεια ήταν πολύ καλή και άμεση. Οι οδηγίες ήταν σαφείς για το πώς θα βρούμε το σπίτι. Δεν χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσουμε πολλές φορές γιατί είχε ότι ακριβώς περιέγραφε. Ησυχία, προσεγμένος και καθαρός χώρος και ένα πολύ όμορφο μέρος αρκετά κοντά στην Αθήνα ήταν ότι ακριβώς θέλαμε!!! Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε γιατί περάσαμε υπέροχα!!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την κυρία Οδύσσεια για την φροντίδα και την φιλοξενία!!❤️🥰 Αν και μιλήσαμε μόνο τηλεφωνικά με κέρδισε αμέσως με την ευγένειά της!!!

This is a slice of paradise. A well designed, well equipped and roomy villa with a garden with beautiful patios and many comfortable places to sit or lie, and best of all the sea on your doorstep. The pool is nice but was too cold to use much in late April but we were in the sea a lot, and the paddleboards were fun. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance and food shops in Politika village nearby. The local contact, Apollo, was constantly available and charming, for example coming to fix the Starlink wifi very quickly.

I had a nice stay at the apartment. It is very quiet there, so perfect to relax and escape for a while. Apartment with a lot of care for little details. Did not miss anything in particular. Just a msall problems with the Wifi that kept reconnecting. Besides that the host was always quick to respond and helpful, no matter if you had a question about the apartment or the surrounding area. Can only recommend, especially at a very affordable price. Thanks!

We spent about 3 weeks in the beautiful apartment. We felt very comfortable, it was very clean and new. It was the perfect starting point for us to explore the area. Starting the day with a coffee on the sun terrace with a view of the mountains and the sea describes the feel-good atmosphere in the apartment well. Our host Christos gave us extensive tips for restaurants and excursions and the interaction was very polite, almost familial. Shopping facilities and everything you need for daily life could be reached on foot. In summary, it was simply a great place to spend your vacation.

Great location. The apartment was very clean, nice to stay. Only few meters from the sea. Lots of restaurants, grocery and great place to stay. Maria was very helpful and friendly. Always responded immediately and answered all questions we had.
