Great quirky, spacious, 3rd floor attic flat with high-quality modern fitout, interesting beams and angular walls. Good views of the boats in the harbour. Well-located within a 20-minute walk to the old town and a few minutes' walk from a range of excellent restaurants, near the head of the harbour. Underground paid parking opposite is expensive; however, free on-street parking is available 10 minutes walk away most days. No lift but good stairs. We enjoyed it very much.

We were greeted by Alexandre's mother, she was very attentive, adorable! Thank you! Communication with Alexandre by messages went very well in parallel. The apartment is very well located, clean, cozy, there is everything you need to have a pleasant stay.

Very good stay in this quiet country house but benefiting from a beautiful location since it is located a few minutes from the road infrastructure facilitating travel to Rennes and its surroundings. House particularly well maintained and very well equipped with quality utensils, accessories and furniture. Very friendly welcome and particularly responsive host.

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. The terrace with the jacuzzi in the middle of a wooded area was perfect for our family weekend, the little children were able to enjoy the large terrace and the wooded area. I highly recommend this quiet and relaxing place, the hosts were responsive. Thanks to them, a very well-equipped house to host and feel good. Even the board games have been thought of!! very nice apartment, bright, well-equipped, comfortable, in a beautiful quiet and secure residence. city center within walking distance in 10 mins. small downside for check-in, giving us the parking access code would have saved us an inconvenient and dangerous parking on the street. we had a great time.
