Villa 1 km from the sea to relax with the whole family. It consists of 8 beds two double bedrooms, a smaller one and two comfortable sofa beds for four adults. Full bathroom with everything with two sinks and washing machine. A kitchen complete with everything set pots and accessories. A dining room with a comfortable table. The villa has 3 air conditioners and wifi with no connection limits. Outside you will find a sofa with armchairs and a large table for the whole family, even a nice barbecue.

We stayed there for 3 days. Bruno was already waiting for us when we arrived. He and Lory had some refreshments in the fridge and treats to eat. That was a very welcoming reception! Everything looked very neat and clean. We felt right at home there. It was warm when we were there, but on the lovely terrace it was very good to stay all day because the canopy and lemon tree provided shade. But there was also plenty of room left to enjoy the sun. Our labradoodle Zoë enjoyed the space that the enclosed garden offered. On the day of departure, we were even allowed to stay in the house a little longer because our boat would leave later in the day. Bruno and Lory do everything to help you and they do it with a big smile. What incredibly nice and sweet people! We were on a tour (2 months) through Italy and this was our 13th cottage, but it is undoubtedly in 1st place!! Thank you Bruno and Lory André, Marian & Zoë

We really enjoyed our stay at Stefano's Airbnb at Villagio Tanca Piras. The home was clean, had everything we needed, and the host Allesandro went above and beyond to make us feel at home for our 9 month old infant. His recommendations were great. We went to the beaches and restaurants he recommended and couldn't have been happier. We would love to come back. Thank you Allesandro for all your help!

Marco and his son Luca were super helpful and kind. We arrived a day later than anticipated and they adapted to our needs, checking us in the next day. They offered us lifts from and to the train station in Iglesias purely out of kindness, as there is a well-functional bus system in place. The place was clean and the view is one of a kind. You'll have all you need and you're close to an amazing beach which was not crowded at all, despite it being late June. Thank you for offering your property as a holiday stay. Sardinia is truly unique. Don't look further for a place to stay. There is a reason this place and its host are rated so high!

A big thank you for your warm welcome, all the details (detailed instructions, fruit on the table and recommendations). The house is very beautiful, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The spectacular view and the restaurant downstairs are very convenient and good value for money.
