The apartment was newly renovated and refurbished in 2020. In the immediate vicinity are the market square, cafes, restaurants, shops for strolling and an e-bike rental at the neighbor. Suitable for 6 guests but 8 to 9 are possible. 5 mins walk to train station to Heidelberg Altstadt (20 mins). Two Technik museums (30 mins), Heidelberg Clinics (25mins), Hockenheim Ring (30 mins), TSG Hoffenheim (15 mins). Close to supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, toy shop, cycle paths and woods. Secure bike storage. We follow the cleaning guidelines of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). You may use the keybox or I can greet you personally with a mask and distance.

The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.

In dem bequemen 1,60 m Bett können ein bis zwei Personen sehr gut schlafen. Das Bad befindet sich über den Flur, wird aber nur von diesem Apartment genutzt. Täglicher Zimmerservice ist inclusive.
