The ultra contemporary ensuite bathroom is decorated in calming hues of gray and beige, has a rain shower, toilet, sink and a towel heater. Please note that due to the historic nature of the building and certain restrictions on construction, the flat is not air-conditioned. A fan is provided, however, due to the the old thick stone walls the apartment stays rather cool even on the warmest of summer days. 2. The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

The flat is also close to Arena Paris Sud, Invalides, and Seine river. A perfect location to enjoy the Olympic Games. It is in the courtyard, so it is very quiet with a beautiful view of the sky and Tour d’Eiffel. Perfect for family or couples to explore Paris.
