Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Necker, Paris

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

It was a very nice clean accommodation with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. In addition, there are several shopping facilities nearby. The communication with the landlady was wonderful

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

My mom and I stayed for 4 nights. It was my first trip to Europe.. I expected self check-in, but it was a way to deliver the key myself! I arrived late because of the evening schedule, but patricia waited for me, so I was able to check in safely. First of all, this house is so pretty!! Every space is clean and sunny. It's morning and night, and I shouted Wow.. I wanted it to be my home…🥹 Above all, the host patricia is very kind and sweet ~ ~ There was a grocery store (although it closes early..), subway, bus stops, and it was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood! However, I was not comfortable with how to open the door, so I ate some kids at the beginning of the trip, but two and a half! Turn it and turn it one more time in that direction! If you do it, the door opens with a tasty taste.. I can't forget the pride when I learned this. Thanks to you, I used it well in Nice ~ It's just a shame that I didn't enjoy relaxing at the accommodation because I was working hard to pick up the tourist attractions in Paris. It's a place I really want to come back to again. I don't think the rating is high for nothing.. If you're thinking about it, book now!!

Nice apartment with everything needed, no complaints

The apartment is as shown in the photos, the surroundings are nice and very quiet. Beautiful accommodation (super recommended). Hanney responded quickly and was attentive to our arrival. We arrived very late at night and to pick up the keys you have to go to a business (you have to take this into account to check in)

The location is great, very convenient, on the 6 and 12 lines, also hv bus stops. The host is friendly and responsive ~ The house is clean, the space is a bit small for all our luggages but we understand it’s Paris~

Louise’s place was so comfortable and beautiful, she has incredible taste! The neighborhood was lovely and easily accessible on the metros. I’d love to stay again!

Great host, very friendly, attentive. Amazing area and place

It was convenient, with a subway station nearby and a supermarket in the next building. The kitchen is also very well equipped. The common areas of the apartment are also clean. I arrived much later than planned, but the owner was warm and welcoming.

Incredible view from the balcony of the Eiffel Tower. Jade was very responsive and we would definitely book here again.

Stayed here a couple nights when in Paris. Good location. 5-10min walk to the metro. 20min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Small apartment but a good location in a quiet neighborhood which was great for our stay.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

We have had a wonderful stay in Paris at Ladislas' apartment. The apartment is very comfortable, well furnished, and presented, with starter basic food items, toiletries, kitchen and household items all provided. The location is fantastic - within 5-8 minutes walk from 2 metro stations - Vanneau and Duroc, in a vibrant, safe neighbourhood with plenty shops, bars and restaurants, and a large supermarket. Ladislas was very responsive by messenger with any questions and minor issues we had (we couldn't locate the fuse box when the kitchen electricity tripped) were sorted extremely quickly. We would strongly recommend Ladislas's place to anyone looking for a really good quality apartment to rent in Paris.

Gorgeous home from home in the city of lights. 2nd time staying, and would do it again and again!

The location is great with many great restaurants at door step and within walking distance. Great shops close by. Two metro lines close by. Great way to love around city! Love that condo is nice ,clean and bright. Great windows that allow in light. Entry thru courtyard is secured. Always felt safe going in and out. Hostess ‘s nice welcome gift of delightful local treat! And love that hostess has live flowering plants in window boxes. Really felt like home away from home. Great place that we would love to come back to!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
