Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Necker, Paris

We had a wonderful time staying and Stephane’s Airbnb was inviting, cozy, and clean. He was responsive and we felt comfortable asking questions. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect accommodation:) The Eiffel Tower is also a 22-minute walk away! There are convenience facilities and restaurants nearby. I had a very comfortable stay while in Paris. The host is quick to respond and very nice. I want to come again!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I loved the location. After long days of exploring, it was a peaceful retreat. There are several cafes and brasseries nearby. Phillipe was very helpful when I asked for dining recommendations. I hope to come back to this lovely apartment if I’m in Paris.

This is a very high quality apartment. The bedlinen and pillows were really good quality. The kitchen is modern and a really nice size. The shower room is a good size, feels new and was spotless. We used the fold out bed (which was very good quality). When it is left as a sofa there is good room in the living room. There is also good storage for clothes, so this could work for a longer stay. The apartment is on ground floor with two windows to a courtyard, so there are no views. However, it is a really central location for exploring Paris and only a few minutes from Gare Montparnasse, and surrounded by restaurants. Thank you Rania (and to Carmen also) for your hospitality.

The location is great, very convenient, on the 6 and 12 lines, also hv bus stops. The host is friendly and responsive ~ The house is clean, the space is a bit small for all our luggages but we understand it’s Paris~

The apartment was amazing! Actually felt bigger than the photos! We really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony - you can see the top of the eiffel tower lit up at night. Hosts were very helpful and kind - they gave us amazing instructions, a gift and were incredibly responsive. The neighbourhood was a great location - very beautiful with local markets and within walking distance to the eiffel tower. Would definately recommend.

This is a lovely location! There are plenty of good restaurants and a farmers market a couple of days during the week. The house is extremely clean and comfortable. The beds were spacious and my family felt right at home. Book it so you don't regret it!

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

This place is a real hidden gem—super special, with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens and just a 10-minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. François is a very helpful host and was incredibly kind to us. Since we were traveling with a baby, we needed some flexibility with check-in and check-out, and we also needed some mugs in the kitchen, which he brought as soon as he could. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated with 33-degree weather in Paris and a baby! We loved the place and will definitely come back next time

I really enjoyed the apartment. Mickael quickly resolved all the problems I reported to him. An excellent option for one or two travelers.

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

Mine was a last-minute booking, and I had informed Lien about my allergies, asking her to double-check the cleanliness if possible. She made sure to give the please "an extra scrub" the way I had asked her to. Her manner of communication was extremely proactive throughout, and she ensured that she was there in person to receive me and followed up regularly till I arrived. Her house is located in a secure building and is beautiful, calming, and impeccably well-kept with both bath & kitchen essentials, and all subscriptions on the TV. She even provides high-quality slippers that her guests can wear inside the house. The bathrooms are quite small and a little difficult to manoeuvre in terms of space, but that does not detract from the upkeep and comforts the house offers. It's more about how space is scarce in Paris. It's in a wonderful area, with easy connections, but also lovely to simply amble around. I would definitely stay here when I return to Paris and recommend it to everyone.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again.
