Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

It is 42 square meters and has a balcony. The apartment is new and decorated with style and quality furniture. There is a separate bedroom (with high quality mattress), kitchen, living room and separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped and fully usable during the stay. Our apartment is in a courtyard of several artists' studios built early 20th century. It's hidden from the street, behind a building, so very quiet. Also very light and sunny as we have high windows. It's up one flight of stairs and inside it is a duplex, the living area, kitchen and a WC downstairs, bedroom, office space and shower room upstairs.
