Holiday rentals with a patio in Nečujam

Wonderful location, spacious flat. Very responsive host. Wine, beer and juice , cold water on arrival . Much appreciated Everything very good. Supermarket downstairs very convenient. The steps up were worth it. Had a great stay

Vi bodde där en vecka och det var verkligen lika fint som på bilderna. Stjepan var supertrevlig och hjälpte till med allt möjligt. 2 min gångavstånd till stranden, men 10 minuters promenad längs stranden för att komma till andra sidan där de flesta restaurangerna ligger vilket var helt okej. 15-20 min med taxi från flygplasten till huset. 10 min från huset med taxi till Trogir Gamla Stan. Jag rekommenderar verkligen detta ställe om man vill ha en lugn och skön semester.

We reached out to explain we were arriving earlier than check in time. They couldn’t make any promises but recommended dropping luggage at a “Bounce”. It turned out the day of they reached out as the home was ready at 2pm which worked out for us. It was clean and offered a washer and dryer. Much slower than we are used to in the states but appreciated the dryer feature. We liked everything it offered. Thank you.

This well appointed apartment is right on the water in Split, just a few minute walk from the main part of the town. The apartment has been recently renovated and has modern amenities. Access to the unit is through a shared hallway. The fabulous weather allowed us to use the balcony each day, lingering each morning as we planned our day. The bedrooms are large and each has their own air conditioning system. Our party of 4 adults was easily accommodated in this apartment. Our host was awesome, very friendly and generous. We just loved this wonderful spot and recommend it if you are planning a trip to Split.

Ines was very responsive with messaging and always happy to help. The apartment has an incredible view which can be enjoyed from the hot tub in the sun during morning time. Ten minute drive from split. Would recommend to a friend and very much hope to return

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Sehr schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage und doch sehr ruhig. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Haustüre auf einem großen Bezahlparkplatz. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der Altstadt und an der promenade. Wir würden uns hier jederzeit wieder Einbuchen!

4 of us stayed in Split at Gorans and Jana’s apartment for 6 nights last week. We absolutely love it. 3 bedrooms 2 baths. The location was perfect! 10-15 minute easy walk to the center of town. We like being away from the crowds. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need. It was recently renovated so everything was new and the apartment was spotless! It was nice to have the washer to wash your clothes and a clothes line to dry them. They had coffee, tea and cookies for us upon arrival. 2 grocery stores 2-3 blocks away to buy food/drinks. Check in was very easy with codes to get in. If we had questions about dining, cash machines etc, they would answer immediately. When we come back to Split, we would definitely stay here again! We give it a 10 out of 10 rating!!

The place is extremely amazing. The appartement is like 10min with car from center. Note that uber is not working so you need to take a taxi everytime you go to center. The jacuzzi is amazing with a private beach , there is hotel next to it where you can have lunch or dinner and also 15min walk from another place for food, it’s extremely nice if you’d like to have some peace and out of city. I recommend

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum. die Lage, der Ppol, und sehr ruhig. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht- und noch mehr. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Trotz später Anreise aufgrund Flugverspätung wurden wir freundlich persönlich empfangen. Die Nachbarn, die Eltern der Vermieter sind auch sehr liebe Menschen! Vom Haus aus kann man schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen. 100% Empfehlung und vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub!

The sea-view apartment from Goran is just perfect and wonderful! We stayed with the family and enjoyed it very much. The view is stunning and the apartment is very clean and perfectly air conditioned. We have an electric car and could nicely charge quickly and economically at hotel Ola just 5 minutes to walk. We enjoyed the great beaches and the beautiful city of Split which is quite close. Goran is a very kind and helpful host. Any time again, very much recommended.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

Een heerlijke oase van rust. Je hoort niets anders dan de geluiden van de natuur en het uitzicht verveelt nooit. Je waant je in de middle-of-nowhere, maar bent voorzien van alle gemakken en je rijdt met de auto met 40 min. naar alle leuke dorpjes.

Wij waren hier in de Nederlandse meivakantie en hadden fantastisch weer waardoor we erg hebben kunnen genieten van de ruime tuin, het zwembad en de rustige omgeving! Alles in het dorpje was nog nagenoeg gesloten (behalve een kleine supermarkt en een restaurant!). Met de auto heel prima uitstapjes te maken naar Trogir, Split & Primosten en Krka! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en wij zouden dit plekje zeker aanraden aan familie en vrienden!

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung bei Trogir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit Supermarkt und Apotheke in nur fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr komfortabel, insbesondere die Betten haben uns überzeugt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die großzügige Terrasse mit einer grandiosen Aussicht – besonders beim Frühstück oder Abendessen ein echtes Erlebnis. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer kleinen Wanne ausgestattet, was das Duschen zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig machte. Mit ein wenig Übung war das jedoch kein Problem und hat unser Urlaubserlebnis keineswegs negativ beeinflusst. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft ist, wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ziemlich steil – sieht jedoch schlimmer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist. Auch mit einem Kombi war sie problemlos zu bewältigen und wurde schnell zur Routine auf dem Weg zu unseren Ausflüge

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

Très bon accueil de Goran et nous a fait visiter lui même l’appartement. Petit mais très bien équipé avec grille pain et balcon. Sommes à 1 heure de marche du centre historique mais navette gratuite 4 fois par jour à 3 minutes ou autobus tout près. Très tranquille! Nous avons adoré.

Gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Apartment. Die Kommunikation war super und die Gastgeber stets bemüht schnell zu antworten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen! 🙏

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen getroffen wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das gegenüberliegende Ufer und das Meet war jeden Morgen beim Frühstücken ein Highlight. Das Meer ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und auch die Fähre nach Split ist in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants und Strände. Niki hat uns einige Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem war er für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sofort weitergeholfen, wenn benötigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Perfect apartment ! We visited Hvar for the first time and absolutely loved everything about it. And the apartment was part of it. Litteraly everything you need from the spacious rooms, two balconies and perfectly equipped kitchen with everything you need in case you want to make a homemade meal. Everything was immaculate and super clean as well. Really there is nothing negative to say about this place ! The location was also very good and everything was easily reachable. Would definitely recommend it 100%. If I could give more than 5 stars I would have. Don’t hesitate !! People at the agency were also very helpful with giving recommendations and drove us to the airbnb so we didn’t have to walk and kept our luggage how long we wanted.
