Debbie’s place was perfect for our weekend out at Lake Havasu. It was well taken care of and absolutely beautiful. Outside entertainment area was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather with friends and family. Kitchen came stocked with everything you could need as far as spices, utensils, and cookware. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway or long vacation.

Tonia was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The home is clean, well kept and in an amazing location. Looking forward to coming back.

We were so happy we chose Ross & Cindy's house for our stay! It was perfect for our family with comfortable and nice furnishings, a super spacious beautiful and well stocked kitchen! We enjoyed it all - including the lovely pool and patio! Ross was a great host, very friendly, helpful and informative. We will definitely chose to stay there again!

We had a terrific time at Mike and Kathy's beautiful spot by the river. It was great to be able to swim at the private dock after work, especially since it was an unusually sweltering Sept. The house was lovely, stocked with everything we needed, safe, and very comfortable. Mike was extremely responsive, helpful, and generous about sharing their family's special place. If anything the photos don't do the guest house justice. We all loved our stay and will definitely be back if we get a chance.

We had a great stay. Really enjoyed the sunset from the patio. Host was very helpful when we had questions or concerns. Hope to stay here again.

Nice spacious home in Big River. We know the area and the housing options pretty well and this was right in line. Overall greatly satisfied. We will probably stay again for the off-road races that happen in Parker once or twice a year.

Frank is a stand up host. With our particular stay he was super responsive and one of the best host of an absolutely beautiful bnb to date. If he will ever allow me again I recommend this hm 10 or 10 for a party of 4-6 for sure. Neighbors are also very helpful and nice people.
