Great location!! Right on 7 mile beach, but set back enough for privacy and peace. Perfect location on the beach itself, close walk to the beach bars and restaurants, and a grocery store. Plenty to do right there in walking distance, including bars, restaurants, boat charters, beach rentals, etc. Great alternative if you want to enjoy the beach without being stuck in a hotel/resort.

Awesome location familiar love the property

Great place! This is my second time staying at this location and it was just as great as the first time! Philip is always great and accommodating! I also left my credit card there by accident and the cleaning crew/ Phillip were very honest and let me know I left it . I asked them to cut it up and throw it away and they did just that! I highly recommend staying here as I’m sure I’ll be back again!

Last minute stay and when I say..it was the best last minute stay, it truly was. Natalie’s home was nice and cozy, it felt like home. Was very nice, super responsive and attentive to our needs and local recommendations! Super sweet and felt like home!

It was an absolutely beautiful home, exceeded my expectations! Very clean and great amenities. Nicolette was very responsive and accommodating. It was a very nice and safe community. The people I met at the clubhouse made me feel right at home. If you want to stay in a home away from home, stay here. Way better than any hotel or resort in the area, in my opinion.

Jeffrey’s place was the perfect place for us to unwind and simultaneously entertain our 2 young children. Everyone loved the variety and proximity of Villa Sweet J to the enormous communal swimming pool, as well as to the gorgeous local + neighbouring bay. The villa has everything you need to cook good food (e.g. pots & pans, appliances, utensils etc.), but you might be tempted to take Selina up on her offer to prepare lovely Jamaican food for you. Such a treat. The bedrooms are equipped with comfy beds and near-blackout curtains, and the temperature throughout the villa was always cooling. Everything was just wonderful, not to mention easy: no problem, mon! On top of the house itself, Jeffrey & Joy have a fantastic network of people in the form of Selina (housekeeper & chef) and Rashawn + Jermaine (drivers) to make your stay extra special. A big THANK YOU to them and hopefully we will lucky enough to stay at Villa Sweet J again.

10/10 would recommend a stay at the Brimhole property. The space was breathtaking and awe inspiring. The onsite site amenities were lovely, pool, caves etc. Jake was kind as was the rest of the staff. We will certainly be back to experience this again!

Such a peaceful and beautiful spot with amazing views of Montego Bay. The scenery is even more impressive in person than in the photos. The view from the entry will get you everytime! It was super quiet and felt really private, which made it easy to unwind. Ms. Dee was great, easy to reach and super helpful during the stay. Her staff was also on top of things. Definitely a place I’d come back to and would recommend to anyone heading to the area.

It was very spacious and clean. The bedrooms were all a nice size as well. The kitchen had brand new appliances and came with lots of dishes /utensils. The space looked like the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

My stay at Royal's place was brief but comfy. The decor and necessities throughout the condo were well prepared for any guest. I will be making this my preferred location when visiting the island.

Beautiful home great location central to both mobay and negril

We enjoyed our stay at Steven's Villa . We are a party of four and stayed for two weeks without any issues for space in the villa. Steven was very responsive and accommodated us when we had requests. We highly recommend this rental.

My husband and family stayed for Christmas & New Year and we were very pleased. Anthony was very responsive to my inquiries as well as his Property Manager Melissa. We felt right at home. The location was walking distance to the beach across the street. It was quiet and peaceful just what we wanted for our vacay. House was clean and due to our length stay we even got a cleaning and new linens and towels during our stay. We wanted for nothing. Anthony welcome gifts was very thoughtful. For 4 people the house was just right. We look forward to staying again on our next trip!

Absolutely amazing stay! The views from the back yard are breathtaking. If you need to get away, clear your head, feel close with nature…this is your destination! The house was remarkably clean! All the glass was well maintained, spotless no mildew. The neighborhood was super safe with a great security presence! Neighbors are amazing, we were even ordered food by the clubhouse staff! Omar, which is a neighbor, arranged snorkeling. It was absolutely stunning!!! Beautiful coral reefs with the most bright fish and amazing captain. Small path leading to great shopping on bloody bay beach and cute live music restaurant. Mwaka was super friendly and helpful with all questions. My family and I travel the world a lot and haven’t gone to the same place twice. My kiddos are begging to come back next year!

Our time at the accommodation was wonderful. Everything looks exactly as it does in the pictures, and we immediately felt at home. Shortly after booking, we received a lot of useful information from Santana, both about activities and organizational matters. Santana was also always available during our stay to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed our time to the fullest and didn't want to return to Germany. We hope to be able to return soon! If you are looking for the most peaceful, serene, beautiful ocean view, private snorkeling bay, perfect cabana area with a view that can’t be beat this it is. You feel safe and secure in this well maintained friendly country club. Bedroom up stairs has a view to die for when you wake up and go to bed. Trenton is a super host, friendly and genuinely cares for his guests. Situated at the top of 7 mile beach in a quiet bay on a cliff overlooking the ocean this house has it all. Internet is fast and reliable with all the amenities you need. Rental car is beneficial in Jamaica, don’t be intimidated to drive in Jamaica, there are hidden courtesies and it opens up a whole new world. Cabs are easy to get, just ask security guards, club house or workers and they will assist you. Friendly staff and neighbors make the stay comfortable and felt like home. Live the good life a Trenton’s place! Once you check in you won’t want to check out, we didn’t want to leave and 100% staying here again!

This was the perfect home away from home. Bananas growing in the backyard, which by the way is amazing. There's a outdoor shower, jacuzzi, amazing grill set, a huge size connect four game, bicycles and a shaded seating area. We spent a lot of time in the backyard but the house inside is amazing also. It was a plus to arrive and have cold coconuts in the refrigerator! (one for each one of us) Whenever I come back this is where I will be staying! My 5th trip to Jamaica and many more to come. (My Home Away From Home.) Big shout out to Host Fayann and Co-Host Leighton thanks for being responsive and treating us kindly! Big up!!
