We had a great stay! There was a bit of a mix-up since we originally booked a house, but the host let us know it was under renovation and offered us a condo unit instead. It turned out really well—the place was super clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. We also loved having access to the pool! Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Her place is your home away from home. We immediately felt comfortable upon our arrival. However, the wifi connectivity was very slow. It didn’t bother us much but the car parked at the garage was inconvenient and made the entrance narrow. Overall, it was a great deal and experience. We really enjoyed the place. It’s beautiful as described and as shown in the pictures. You won’t regret booking it for your vacation. The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your place to us.

No wonder Lara Mae and her family belonged to the category of superhosts. They took great care of us and our concerns. I initially booked another airbnb, but due to poor communications, I cancelled it and found Lara’s place. She was responsive from start to finish. Her place was also homey and very accessible to Megaworld and Festive Walk. It has everything you need - from water to toiletries and even towels! We will definitely return and book her place again. The experience was beautiful. ❤️

Feels like home! Parang ayaw na namin umuwi. What you see is what you get. Medyo maingay lang ang mga dumadaan nga mga sasakyan which is normal kasi nasa kalsada lang yung building. Worth it ang bayad, lahat ng family members ko na gustohan ang bahay na ba pili kong pag stayhan namin. Kung babalik man kami ng Iloilo, dito namin ulit mag stay. It was a great stay, upon our late arrival there were no hustle for the key has a secured key box. Then, upon entering the villa the ambiance was good that it feels like home. Despite the short stay we enjoyed comfortably the accommodation. We did not expect that the villa has a complete appliances, we even brought our own thinking that it was not included. A two thumbs-up to Francisco's Residences for a great stay at the Little Villa 1. Worth recommending to my friends and family.

Fantastic staff at the property, very helpful and friendly and they don't intrude on your privacy. swimming pool is so clean and nice. House is small but it's clean, has everything you need for a long stay, outdoor kitchen too and a great laundry area with modern washing machine. Huge seating area outside. The property isn't close to Sipalay but it's not that far to drive and it didn't bother us. I'd definitely come back.

Such a wonderful, huge space for groups. I really think we got more from what we've paid for, with all the amenities available. Everything you need to cook and prepare your food is literally here. Kitchen area is huge with all the necessary cooking utensils + huge refrigerator. You'll also enjoy spending time downstairs because the living room also has an airconditioner. It has a big sparking space for 3 cars and grilling area at the back. Water pressure is okay but the shower head upstairs could use some cleaning. They're also pet-friendly, my furbabies loved spending the time watching the cars passed by at the terrace. Ate Dory is very warm and responsive to our needs too. We will surely be back here when we come back to the South! Recommended place for groups, couldn't ask for more :)

Host is very responsive and even let us check in 2hrs before the check in time. The condo itself feels very safe and staff were very friendly, it also has large pool to relax and the Location is very accessible if you want to commute using public transportations. The Unit itself is very clean, bed is very comfy, living room is spacious enough and very comfy, best one for us is that the unit is on the 14th floor with a balcony and has the best relaxing clear view of the pool and the city. We checked so many places but my partner and I both agreed that this one has the greatest value. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope that this place will be still be vacant when we comeback here to visit.

Claudine's Villa was absolutely amazing! The place was clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodate our large group of 10 people. Special shout out to the on-site staff for being extremely helpful and offering to drive into town to pick up food for us! Claudine was also very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Great stay! My family really enjoyed the bonfire and their caretakers were very helpful and kind. The place was comfortable and exactly as described. Owner was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

My family had a great time. The house was big and spacious, with parking area as well. Allison was a great host and was very responsive and also considerate by letting us use one room before checkin time. Would highly recommend this esp to big groups.

The place was okay clean, cozy, and all the details were accurate. We encountered a brownout during our stay, and the downside was that they didn’t have a backup generator. Also, the caretaker was a bit off not very approachable when it came to assisting us. But overall, the experience was great.

It was all worth it!! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The beachfront view is very nice and peaceful. The best place for family and friends vacation! Anyways, you can buy fresh caught fish there and ask the staff to cook it for you! We bought fresh tuna there for very affordable price.🤤 We’ll book the entire loft next sipalay vacay! Thanks Sir Leonard and staff for the great experience!

The place is very peaceful and with good security since it is inside the subdivision. The house is very spacious and would definitely make you feel at home. It's also closely located in the main part of the city where you can experience great food and fun activities. What makes it even better is that the host is very accommodating and fast in responding to all of our inquiries. Would surely get back to this same place with my family soon. Very grateful to find this place in Air BnB.
