We had a very comfortable stay at Ms. Belle’s place! It’s spacious, clean, and perfect for big groups or families. The apartment had everything we needed, and the check-in process was smooth. The only small con is the location — it’s a bit of a steep walk to get to the apartment if you're on foot. But this can easily be managed with a Grab or car service. Plus, the walk isn't too bad and can be a healthy bonus if you're up for it! Overall, a great stay — would definitely recommend for anyone traveling with a group or looking for a cozy, well-equipped home.

I stayed at Mentor Moore’s home for a month and had an excellent experience with no issues at all. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—highly recommended for both short and long stays.

A great place to stay as your temporary home in Tagbilaran City. Feels like home with beauiful veranda and view of the sea. What we also love is we’re able to cook especially Bohol have fresh seafood!! Great value for money. Just make sure to book your transportation in advance..

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Meer, die offene Küche, die Zimmer und der Pool haben uns total geflashed. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar süße Restaurants und wenig andere Touristen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der ein tolles Strandhaus mit viel Ruhe möchte.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The interior and the pool looked just like the photos. Though the place is a bit aged, everything was clean, and the towels and bedding were fresh and crisp. It was clear how well David and his family care for the home — even the pool was beautifully maintained. Manager Allen was incredibly responsive and kind to our family’s needs. The firefly tour he arranged was an unforgettable experience — far better than others we’ve seen. When my niece wanted a nail service, David’s wife kindly took her. There was a small issue, but she did her best to help, and we’re very grateful. We also used the chef service — every dish was delicious, and both adults and kids enjoyed the meals. Our family had such a happy and memorable time here. If we come back to Bohol, we’d love to stay again. And lastly, thank you so much, Allen! :)

The House of the Rising Sun was perfect for our group of 10 (9 adults and 1 child). Chris was responsive from the time that I was inquiring about many things before the actual booking, to the time that we were already in Bohol. He made practical suggestions that enabled us to maximize our time in Bohol. The van service provided by the Airbnb was a dealbreaker for us, because this made the airport transfers, the tours and the transportation to and from the beach and the restaurants so much easier (and cheaper!). The house itself was spacious and clean, and it came with all the creature comforts that one would expect from a good airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and again this was a major plus for Paul and Chris' place since we did not want to be at the beach all day long. Thank you, Chris, for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect place to chill and bond with family and friends.

Did some cooking there, the two nearest malls had grocery stores and around the corner there were small food vendors and sari-sari stores. The bus was a short walk. No problems with the other guest. My wife will coming later in the year and will rent the same room if available. I have a small house in Talisay, but the house is full of family members and no air conditioning. It was very hot during my stay. Thanks John.

Staying in Nelson place is like home. Child-friendly , spacious kitchen, very comfortable living area and terraces. We love the wood floor and the small playground behind the pool. Everything was there that made it comfortable. Area is near airport and the road was not so busy. Definitely highly recommended !

Only a short journey from the airport so it’s a perfect place to stay either after arriving or before departing. The flat has everything you need and there’s a nice swimming pool in the residence as well. Imelda is a very helpful host so I’m glad that I found this place available to recover from a long flight

Her place is your home away from home. We immediately felt comfortable upon our arrival. However, the wifi connectivity was very slow. It didn’t bother us much but the car parked at the garage was inconvenient and made the entrance narrow. Overall, it was a great deal and experience. We really enjoyed the place. It’s beautiful as described and as shown in the pictures. You won’t regret booking it for your vacation. The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your place to us.

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. Not to mention the most cute and incredible doggies!! We can highly highly recommend you to stay!!! kind regards Marc and Family

To be able to arrive at the location, Micmic will be your guide as provided since it is not found in the main road. Path is a bit bumpy but passable. When we reached the venue, the ambiance and vibes was fresh and relaxing. The place looked as the way the pictures depicted it. We enjoyed the hammock at the 2nd floor, the trees sorrounding the house gave it a cool effect. Mic Mic was very helpful in every way and in little things we need like ice and even provided us coffee and bread the following day. All was doing great except early dawn the AC in the other room down stairs just stopped and my mother and sister had a hard time sleeping as it was humid and were worried that if they open the windows, insects might get in. It was addressed around 6am past. Ada made mention to Micmic that they will refund a partial amount back to us-- that will be appreciated if ever. I suggest also that if they can put a mirror in the house and added electric fan. Over all, we enjoyed! Will come back

We really loved the place. Very homy and accessible to convenience store, laundry shop etc. Host is very responsive and caters to all our concerns. 5/5 definitely! :)

Host was super accommodating and helpful. The caretaker Ryan assisted us a lot in making our trip convenient. Had enough beds and room for a big family of 6 adults and 1 child. It was very clean and pleasant. Super near to the sardine run and turtle watching, we were also introduced to a local tour guide by the host and caretaker for the activities. We were also able to stick around in the property while waiting for transpo. It was a great and comfortable experience!

Ich war hier für einen Monat und Angel hat mit Liebe zum Detail eine Unterkunft mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor geschaffen. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich stets um meine Anliegen gekümmert. Wer einen Ort zum Erholen und entspannen sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die 2 Golden Retriever sind super zutraulich und waren eine wahre Bereicherung. Bequemes Bett, gutes Internet zum arbeiten. PS: Vertraut nicht Google Maps, die schnellsten Routen sind nicht immer so angenehm zu fahren, es gibt aber zwei richtig gute Wege. Fragt am besten Angela und probiert es nicht auf eigene Faust, so wie ich.

It was a beautiful home. The house is quite far from the city. Difficult to look for transportation to the city but it was well compensated with the amenities and the responsive host and caretaker

Words cannot fully describe how accomodating Sir Gerry and Ma'am Meredith are! 😁 You'll honestly have to feel their warm welcomes yourself! The entirety of Balay Kumbal is 100% beautiful. There's spacious parking areas inside and outside Balay Kumbal, which is a big thing I always look for whenever we're booking via Airbnb. The view, the food, the smiles, everythin was great!! Not to mention, Sir Gerry is extremely nice and approachable. He looped us in on the best places to go, made sure we were well informed on all updates with the rotating brownouts, and never failed to greet us whenever he passed by. The same goes for Ma'am Meredith, who is extremely approachable and quick to help out if we had any troubles. All in all, we had a great time in Siquijor, and a big factor was because of how awesome Balay Kumbal is. 😁
