Our Grandpa Max built this eclectic space onto the back of his heritage home in the 1970s as an art studio and woodworking shop. Now we host travelers in this mid-century meets modern Scandi suite. The downtown core is only one block away but the studio is located on a quiet residential street backing on to green-space. Grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, park with a lookout and the theatre are all within blocks. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and ski bums!

A flat journey along the water which is rare for Nelson! Mountain biking trails are just a short ride away and the world class Wh2O ski resort is a short 20min drive away Two young boys live upstairs so please expect some noise and footsteps. Our place is a small, bright and private suite at the back of the house. You have to climb stairs to get to the second floor. The suite is roughly 290 square feet total, including the bathroom. It has a kitchenette. It's perfect for a couple or a couple of friends. It's close to shopping and your favorite coffee shop. The waterfront is an easy 3 blocks away and it takes around 15 minutes to walk downtown. If you smoke this studio is definitely NOT for you..
