Our comfortable recently-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else that you wish. We will help you arrange it. Typical Gallura building overlooking the Gulf of Olbia. It includes a property of 15,000 square meters planted with olive groves. Ideal for families. The structure is independent, surrounded by nature with large spaces, garden, barbecue, shower and laundry. The house has a master bedroom with attached master bathroom and two bedrooms with bathroom. The living area, with adjoining veranda overlooking the sea, consists of a dining room, lounge and independent kitchen complete with appliances.

Cozy nest with bath, kitchenette and lake view. This room is part of a bigger guesthouse, but has independent access. In certain seasons the sauna and the yoga shala across the street will be open and available with extra costs. The street side access is easy. You probably will want to rent a car to explore the surroundings. The village has a few little shops and the supermarket is 6 km further. Lots of nature, walking routes and interesting places to visit are around.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
