Holiday houses in Neos Platanos

Great place! The beach is very quiet and during the week days in June it was basically private for us. The view is amazing. The location is a bit remote, and although the hosts were very kind to not leave us starving, be prepared with your groceries. The closest shop is 20 minutes away by car. The sea has amazing blue water. If you seek a bit of “get away from people” this is a definite go-to place. If you expect life, cities and beaches full with people and bars - don’t bother.

Villa Penelope was just what we needed. A very quiet space right on the water and very relaxing. We enjoyed morning swims, afternoon kayaking around the bay, and eating on the patio around the water. We generally spent the day outside. The outdoor shower was so nice after the morning swims. The weather for our stay was not too hot. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Another thing to note is that there were no neighbors on either side during our stay, enhancing the privacy and quiet. If you do have mobility challenges this is not the place for you. The stairs to the bedrooms are small and steep and the bathroom is very small. Penelope is a wonderful host. She had prepared a meal for us on our arrival, was very informative on the house and local area. She was very responsive to our follow up questions. A lovely person and a generous host.

Without a doubt, the BEST vacation we have ever had! Not only because of the stunning island, it’s friendly locals and the most spectacular villa (sporting the most beautiful views) but also because of the INCREDIBLE hosts. My sister and I both agree they made our trip extraordinary! Nothing was too much trouble and their hospitality was above and beyond. We are so grateful to have stayed here and are already planning our next trip back to this breathtaking villa (having only left a few hours ago!) Absolutely do not hesitate to book this slice of heaven, but be warned, you will not want to leave! And when you do, make sure to visit Ginfish, the coolest drinks spot on the island! Ένας πολύ όμορφος χώρος διαμονής, με υπέροχη θέα, μέσα σε ένα φυσικό περιβάλλον απόλυτης ηρεμίας και ησυχίας. Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικά καθαρό, περιποιημένο και απόλυτα λειτουργικό, με μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα ικανή να εξυπηρετήσει ακόμα και πολυήμερη διαμονή. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν φιλικότατοι και πάντα διαθέσιμοι, μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας. Το κατάλυμα και η τοποθεσία, σίγουρα προτείνεται για όμορφες διακοπές στο Πήλιο.

Το σπίτι έχει τρομερή τοποθεσία, ήταν υπέροχα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε σίγουρα!

It is the PERFECT getaway, private and peaceful, but not too far from incredible restaurants and active cities. Kiriakos is one of a kind! Extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. My family and I LOVED our time here.

It was a wonderful vacation that we spent in Themis' cottage. The view from the veranda of the house is simply wonderful. The garden and direct access to the beach is exceptional. In the morning, you can see the sun rising over the sea in front of the house. The peace and quiet there is wonderful - the accommodation is perfect for relaxing. The area around takes a bit of getting used to and if you want to stroll along the beach promenades in the evening, you're in the wrong place there. However, if you want to be on your own and enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the sea, it's just right. It was an exceptional vacation that we will not soon forget. Themis is a great host, the accommodation was clean and everything worked. Thank you very much!
