A place without waste, true to what was described and totally the same as the photographs. Roberta is a lovely host, always on the lookout for anything that was needed. It was a real luxury to be at this place.

Consuelo was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. She took the time to show me around the apartment and offered to make me reservations for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable and the record collection is killer! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Nepi.

We stayed in this accommodation for 2 weeks and it was a great starting and return point for our daily trips throughout Tuscia. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, it has everything you need and more for an extended stay, parking in the square below is always available and the 50 meters uphill are easily done. Comfortable bed, the kitchen has everything and the washing machine is convenient for long stays. We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation and can only recommend it.
