Le gîte du Moulin de Lausseignan est une petite maison mitoyenne d'un autre gite en pierre nichée au cœur de notre propriété installée près d’un ruisseau appelé Larebuson sur un terrain clos de plus d’un hectare de prairie, fruitiers et arbres centenaires. Un environnement naturel bucolique idéal pour un moment de détente avec son étang et ruisseau qui comblera les amoureux, les familles, les gourmands ou encore les voyageurs désireux de faire une petite halte dans notre belle région.

Welcome to Maison Principale , thé house is situated in the stunning village of Poudenas . Newly Renovated The House has a large open plan lounge and kitchen , with a large Log burner for your use. 2 double bedrooms and a mezzanine which can sleep 2 ( has low ceiling ) . A large shower room and a utility with washing machine for your use. Outside to the rear is a garden with a small pool (3m x2m) a lovely seating area and BBQ . To the front is a lovely Terrace with a seating area .

Our 170 m² house offers large living spaces and 3000 m² of land with swimming pool, barbecue and plancha. The construction and decoration, inspired by the architecture of the country, is mainly made from organic materials (sheep wool, hemp, natural pigments...). It offers many amenities.

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Located near Condom with all its amenities (shops, pharmacy, doctors), the Colombard cottage is the perfect place to discover Gascony. This 75 m² fully renovated accommodation, adjoining the owners' house, is equipped with all comforts (Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher). On site, board games, books and toys for family fun. You will enjoy the private garden with terrace, surrounded by fields and vines. Quiet awaits you.

This old stone building has been carefully renovated to combine the charm of the old and modern comforts. Exposed wooden beams, cut stone, cozy living room with wood-burning stove, 4 bright bedrooms, and 3 spacious bathrooms, will make you feel at home.

Finders Keepers France is an ADULTS ONLY Camping and Glamping retreat situated at a non-working French Farm. Encased in 16 Acres of rural grounds and with a 3 Acre fresh water lake, you will feel alone and surrounded by nature. Despite its rural peaceful setting the site is close to the towns of Nerac and Condom. This is a great choice for those who love to relax, recharge and enjoy nature.

Gite La Sablère, bottom

Our gite is a warm house of 100 m2, at the beginning of the departmental 119 but once the gate is closed it can be quickly forgotten. It is reserved exclusively for rent, with a large private car park, decorated simply but to our taste. We live right next door, which allows us to be available quickly on request and to intervene in case of a problem or organized gathering.
