Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Nerezine

This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

Ines war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Alles hat uns rundum zufrieden gestellt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, mit tollem Pooll und ruhig gelegen. Perfekt zum abschalten. Ines ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Great place, down to earth and original!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Es war eine super Unterkunft für eine Woche! Man benötigt auf alle Fälle ein Auto, damit man zu Buchten, Märkte. etc kommt. Sehr cool, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Auch der Griller und der Pool auf der Terrasse sind echte Highlights. Einzig der Lärm von der Strasse ist etwas störend.

Wir waren positiv überrascht von der Unterkunft, alles war sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für 4 Personen dürfte aber mehr Besteck da sein und Tassen. Besonders gut hat uns die Outdoor Küche gefallen und auch der dortige Sitzplatz, da es windgeschützter war. Auch der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist ideal, in der Bucht ist das Wasser wärmer als anderswo. Etwas störend waren die vielen Ameisen, die nach dem Regen ins Haus kamen. Der Toilettendeckel passt leider auch nicht und war zudem defekt. Aber dies sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Wir kommen gene wieder!

Ein wunderschönes und liebevoll saniertes Haus mit viel Platz und allem was man braucht. Die Lage und die Privatsphäre sind ausgezeichnet. Klare Empfehlung!!! Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und versüßten die Ankunft mit vielen Leckereien. Toll!

Wir sind begeistert, schöner wie auf den Fotos! Ein echter Diamant, man hat nicht das Bedürfnis das Haus zu verlassen, wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen zwei Kindern und zwei Hunden dort. Makellos in jeder Ecke !

Sehr saubere und räumlich großzügige Unterkunft. Wir waren zu viert mit Hund bei leider nicht so schönem Wetter (Daueregen) dort. Deshalb konnten wir uns im Haus sehr schön aufhalten, und jeder hatte seinen Freiraum. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt, und Nina war eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Umgebung hat uns allerdings nicht so zugesagt, es war (vermutlich auch der Jahreszeit geschuldet) alles wie ausgestorben (trotz der Osterwoche). Ein kleiner Kiosk und ein kleines Bistro waren das einzige, was fußläufig erreichbar war. Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer Kurztripp. Danke Nina.

Nika und Primož sind grossartige Gastgeber! Sie haben uns persönlich empfangen, uns das ganze Haus gezeigt und uns sogar mit Snacks und Willkommensgetränken überrascht – eine sehr nette Geste. Das Haus ist ein wahres Paradies: modern, gemütlich und mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick. Ein besonderes Highlight für uns war der beheizte Pool, der es unserem Kleinen ermöglicht hat, das Wasser in vollen Zügen zu geniessen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles, Nika und Primož! Wir empfehlen die Villa Solares auf jeden Fall weiter.

Great place to stay. When we asked for a second cot for our two babies, Anastasija made sure that we have everything we need.

What a lovely place in the world. We walked into a newly renovated apartment after a 30 hour flight and felt right at home, with amazing views of the sea and the mountains, is a 2 minute walk to the main town Veli Lošinj and 7 mins to Rovenska. We had access to the hotel pools and the amazing Ljubicic tennis academy is literally 1 minute walk away! Go to Moby Dick for amazing cappuccino’s and sweets yum! The host was lovely and friendly and left us to our own devices. We will definitely return…what an amazing stay…just what we needed…peace, quiet, friendly faces and lots of fresh air and walking along the beautiful Mediterranean Sea!

Das Haus ist perfekt wenn du Ruhe suchst und entspannen willst. Seine idyllische Lage im kleinen Dörfchen Mutvoran ist wunderbar. Das Grundstück ist genügend Gross und bittet spiel Möglichkeit für Kinder, mit Trampolin und einem kleinen Kinderspielplatz. Top Haus Familien. Die Beschreibung vom Haus stimmt zu 100% zu. Davor und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus auf jedenfall weiterempflehen.

Es war ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub. Die Villa Flegar bietet alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Pool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, dass Wetter war einfach zu schlecht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, hatten aber absolut unsere Privatsphäre. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was huge, the furnishing is cozy and modern at the same time with an amazing view from the balcony. It ist very close to the beach, with a beatiful bay - perfekt for stand-up paddling, snorkeling or simply swimming. Oksana was a very attentive and super friendly host. Perfect spot in Veli Losinj harbour, with available public parking spot a few minutes away. Out of the door and you are suddenly in a very colourful village! The place is perfect, comfortable, air conditioning works well and the kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Wonderful apartment with the most beautiful views. Highly recommended! The host was very helpful and responsive. We loved everything about this place: clean, well equipped, great location. We’ll for sure come back!

We had a really nice time ! Beach is 3 minutes away walking. Apparemment is really comfortable and clean. Tamara always answer really quickly. Kitchen has everything you need (oil, salt, sugar and things to cook). Two good beds, towels, toilet paper, things to put mosquito away… everything you need ! Losijn is such a nice island, we had the chance to rent a boat two days and explore the nicest beaches of the island. We had a car so we could travel all around the island. Thanks Tamara ♥️

Sve je bilo ok, smještaj ima sve osnovno za ugodan boravak, čistoća vrhunska. Lokacija je jako blizu centra gdje je veliki izbor restorana i kafića uz more, prekrasne šetnice u neposrednoj blizini. Anamarija je odličan domaćin.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie petite maison au bord de l'eau. La cuisine a été entièrement refaite, les lits sont de bonnes qualités et la terrasse est agréable. Parfait pour circuler sur l'île de Pag. De plus, Nina est réactive et prête à aider.

Wir haben eine Woche Ende Mai in Nerezine verbracht. Das Haus war perfekt: gemütlich, blitzsauber und toll gelegen! Meer, Ort, alles fussläufig. Einziges Manko: während unseres Aufenthalts wurden im gesamten Ort die Straßen saniert, also Presslufthammer und Baulärm von früh bis spät. Aber dafür kann das Haus nichts, das alles hielt, was versprochen war! Die Küche ist ziemlich dunkel, man muss tagsüber Licht anmachen -das sieht man auf den Fotos nicht. Sonst, wie gesagt, alles perfekt!
