Holiday houses in Nerežišća

This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

We were looking for a place in Croatia where our big family (me, my wife, my 6 yo daughter, my mom with walking problems and my dad) will spend about ten days near seaside. We choose the Astrid place because it was close to the private beach. Initially, when we just arrived we were a bit confused: the place was the same as we saw on pictures, but at the same time it was different. For us the whole plan of two aparts was a bit uncomfortable: as my mom and dad needed more comfort they took an apart, and we together with daughter took the studio downstairs. But after 10 days I can say that it was one of the best experiences and vacations I had. The access to very private beach is the reason. At the house there are also 3 (three) SUP boards, so we spent a lot of time exploring nearby beaches by paddling together with family. Riding bikes in this mountainous area was very difficult both for my wife and my dad, but I loved it and explored some parts. I can totally recommend this place. 5*/5*

Also normalerweise mache ich nie eine Bewertung, aber nachdem ich in dieser Villa war und die Inhaber es verdient haben, wollte ich ein zwei Worte schreiben. Erst mal möchte ich David vielmals danken, dass es so spontan geklappt hat. Wir waren insgesamt vier Nächte in der Unterkunft und es war wirklich der Hammer. Es wurden an alles gedacht und vorbereitet. Jedes Mal, wenn wir einen Wunsch hatten, wurde es sofort erfüllt. Die Gegend ist wunderbar es sind sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe also war es im Ganzen ein unvergessliches Erlebnis für uns. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall jedem diese Villa. Noch mal. Vielen Dank für alles David, Tomislav und Kate :-) Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :-))

Une merveilleuse petite maison nichée dans un village au calme ! Très bien agencée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très propre et très agréable à vivre. La climatisation est très efficace. La vue sur la mer est magnifique malgré la présence des moustiques. A noter, une chambre double, deux lits simples dans une mezzanine et la 3e chambre est dans une petite maison à part sur la terrasse. À proximité d’une très belle plage plutôt sauvage et préservée mais attention au fort dénivelé pour y descendre. Quelques supérettes à proximité. On a eu du mal à trouver un marché de produits frais. Deux arrivées possibles depuis Supetar : privilégiez la route goudronnée via Bol ; l’autre est un chemin de terre peu évident. Nous y avons passé de très belles journées, très reposantes, à l’abri de l’agitation et de la foule très présente l’été sur l’île !

We had such a lovely time here! Toni and his wife Ivana were very warm and welcoming and gave great recommendations on nearby beaches, restaurants, and other things to do. They even had a few snacks for us when we arrived which was greatly appreciated- made settling in so easy! The pool was beautiful and honestly, the view from the front balcony is breath taking. Splitska is a quiet little town, but has several restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the house. Supetar is only 10 minutes away and has big grocery stores for any needs you may have. Postira is another cute town only 10-15 minutes away as well. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Ubytování bylo naprosto dokonalé, čisté a svěží. Velice pohodlná postel, luxusní koupelna a sprchový kout a nádherná kuchyně, která navíc obsahovala i základní suroviny (olej, sůl, pepř ale i čaj a kávu) což bylo velmi nápomocné. Voda z kohoutku byla pitná. Výhled z apartmánu na přístav byl nádherný a bylo možné si jej užít na prostorné terase. Pláž byla vzdálená opravdu jen pár kroků a na přelomu května a dubna byla zcela prázdná. Nejde nezmínit hostitelku Melanii, která je duší apartmánového domu a udělá vše pro to, aby jste si mohli odpočinout. Moc děkujeme!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home worked perfectly for our large family. The views are absolutely incredible, we spent long afternoons playing in the pool with beautiful dinners on the patio. the most beautiful beach was a short (but very steep) walk away so we were able to go daily. We were lucky that the local restaurant opened for the season and we loved our morning coffees and dinners next door as well. We loved being a short drive away from Bol but in such a peaceful and beautiful village. Marijana is such a lovely host and always helped with any question or recommendation! Highly recommend!
