Welcome to Gåsvannshytta – a hidden gem just 30 minutes from Kragerø. The cabin is located quietly and undisturbed by a toll road, so you can really enjoy the peace and quiet. Bring drinking water (20 liters are available at the cabin). Refrigerator, freezer and stove are powered by gas. Light and charging via 12V solar system. Fireplace with free firewood. Boat is included - bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Great opportunities for berry and mushroom picking in season. The cabin must be cleaned before departure. Bring your own bed linen.

Great location cottage from 2011, with large flat natural plot and undisturbed outdoor area. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Efficient floor plan - entrance, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and open living room/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entrance December 2024. Installed heat pump 2025. Pets allowed by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of big game hunting.

Beautiful Telemark, all year round. On Haegefjell (1021 meters above sea level) you can go skiing, cross-country and downhill with a 475-meter drop. Skiing distance to the lift. Sauna is available for rent on top of the mountain. There are about 200 bouldering lines on Haegefjell as well Alpine multipitch climbing. Golf course on an island. Skatepark, mountain bike routes. Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

This house is originally from 1878 and has old elements mixed with a modern style and comfort. The house is centrally located in rural surroundings and a short distance to the lake. 3 Parking spaces, close to the road, sheltered patio with very good sun conditions Vikkilen: 5 min walk Grimstad city: 5 min drive Arendal: 15 min drive (frequent bus connections both ways right by) The zoo, water park and Sørlandsparken: 30 min drive. Golf course, hiking areas and many beaches/swimming facilities nearby.

Spend your day hiking, playing, cycling or canoeing. If you ar visiting during the winter season, Gautefall, with possibilities of cross-country skiing and downhill slopes, is only a short care ride away. If your aim is to relax, then just light one of the fireplaces inside or outside and enjoy the changing landscape. Welcome!

Beautiful fjord with islets and reefs if you travel by boat. Cabin also suitable for two families with 2 baths ans 4 bedrooms.

Vår 30m2 Lyngebu-hytte ligger på Ånudsbuoddane hyttefelt,ved innsjøen Nisser i hjertet av Telemark (5 min til Treungen sentrum med flere butikker, 15 min til Gautefall skisenter, gangavstand til vann, fjellstier). Vi tilbyr også robåt og SUP brett,så området kan utforskes fra vannet. Her får du den beste utsikten over innsjø og fjell med all komfort for å nyte oppholdet! Kaffemaskinen står klar til bruk, sengene er redd opp og håndklær ligger klare. Flotte turmuligheter i skogen, på fjellet eller langs strendene ved Nisser.

Micro cabin Kronen with lovely views and beach

I Mikrohytta Kronen kan du kose deg ute ved bålpanna. Du kan også tilbringe kvelden med å se på stjernene fra soverommet. Hytta har anneks med en liten dobbeltseng som skrår innover, perfekt om du liker det lite og intimt. Toalett ligger i tilknytning til anneks. Det er ett koselig felleskjøkken Smia på stedet hvor du finner alt du trenger til matlaging. Vi har egen strand og tilbyr kano og sup utleie. Vi har også aktiviteter som pil og bue, øksekast og luftgevær.
