Holiday rentals with beach access in Nesodden Municipality

We absolutely loved staying at Ruth’s BEAUTIFUL HOME! It is probably the most stunning air b &b I have stayed in. The views are just stunning, and the home is gorgeous. Ruth was so lovely, and met us when we arrived- she couldn’t do enough for us. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough, it made our trip just so special.

Best place to enjoy both, urban city life in Oslo as well as perfect nature at the fjord‘s shoreline. The apartment is more than perfect with a breathtaking view over Oslofjord. I would keep it as a secret… 😉

Veldig hyggelig vertinne som hadde pyntet med blomster ved ankomst! Hun var tilgjengelig, men absolutt ikke innpåsliten. God til å gi instruksjoner og informasjon. Fint sted på en fredelig plass med nydelig utsikt og en flott terrasse.

Hyggelig og god kommunikasjon, rent og pen leilighet, praktisk og nært til vårt behov.

We were lucky enough to be Tone and Geir's very first guests and they made our stay in Nessoden extremely comfortable. Spanking new apartment located right near the beach and ferry point. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness/effort put into every room really stood out for us. Our hosts were extremely accomodating and went out of their way to welcome us warmly. We will definitely be back again!

I can’t begin to describe how wonderful this place is - the thoughtful touches in the flat, the garden, the sauna, the views… Such a privilege too to stay with such a lovely family! Gunhild is a stellar host - thank you so much for the chats, the yummy goodies (wow, what bread!) and the emergency holiday alcohol when we forgot that Norwegian supermarkets stopped selling any after 6pm on Saturdays ;) We hope to be back very soon!

Christian’s house is in a beautiful place not far from Oslo that you can reach easily by boat shuttle. It’s a very pleasant place very peaceful and quiet. It’s not a professionnal rental so you will feel like a real norvegian in a real house living. Christian was a perfect guest…very attentive and easily reachable by text. Nice stay

Dette stedet med egen strandlinje byr på en idyllisk og privat atmosfære, perfekt for en avslappende ferie. Beliggenheten er ideell for både bading og soling, og verten er svært imøtekommende og hyggelig, noe som gjør oppholdet ekstra behagelig. Anbefales for en fredelig ferie ved sjøen.

Dejligt hus i et dejligt område med en meget venlig og hjælpsom vært. Kommer gerne igen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous home! It was beautiful and comfortable inside and out. We enjoyed the view from the rooftop deck and felt at home. Truly a beautiful place. Thank you so much for having us!

Our family of five had a spectacular time at Christina’s gem of a home along the water. The accommodations were cozy and functional, and the design aesthetic really elevated the stay. We enjoyed having peaceful breakfasts at the kitchen bar top, looking out over the fjord as boats pass by. The home was close to some great hiking spots, beach access (it was easiest for us to walk down the road), and quick trips to downtown Oslo for sightseeing. We only regret not booking the entire week!

We had a wonderful stay at Carina and Håvard's house. From the moment we booked, Carina was responsive, ensuring the house would be well set-up for us on arrival. Directions to the house were precise and Carina was there to welcome us, give us a tour, explain how things worked, and make local recommendations. She even returned later with a kettle for tea. A welcome basket was a lovely gesture. The house itself has everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. There is a beautiful, mature garden, which has fantastic views over Bunnefjorden, as do the living room and main bedroom. The beach is close by and easily walkable. We were also able to borrow an electronic cargo bicycle to do groceries. It was perfect for our summer break and we would happily return again.

Unser Urlaub in Lise‘s und Egil‘s Haus war phantastisch. Das Haus, der Garten und die Aussicht auf Oslo sind wunderschön. Das Haus bietet alles was man sich für einen Urlaub mit Kleinkind wünschen kann. Lise hat sich sehr zuvorkommend sogar vorab nach dem Alter unseres Kindes erkundigt um alles passende herzurichten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Umgebung bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen in der Natur und Oslo ist mit der Fähre sehr schnell erreichbar. Fazit: alles war perfekt und wir können Lise als Gastgeberin zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Vi havde en fantastik familie uge i huset. Et skønt hus i autentisk stil, med skønne solterrasser og en dejlig have som ungerne og hundene kunne boltre sig i. Vi havde stor glæde af at bade i havet fra den private strand og flotte gåture i området. Indtjekningen og kommunikationen med Einar før og under opholdet var rigtig god og konstruktiv. Kan på det varmeste anbefale stedet.

Alberto’s place was exactly as described. I loved the location - easy to walk if you want to most things, but you also have a bus stop in front of the building and a tram line on the next block. Check-in and departure were easy. The apartment was furnished exactly as described and very clean.

Maria's home was a highlight in our Oslo trip, I don't think we could have found a better place to enjoy and explore our time in the city. The home is spotless, quiet, very comfortable, stylish, and comes with a million dollar view of the city. We enjoyed the outdoor space and watching the sunsets and the view of the water. The hosts were incredibly responsive, warm, and welcoming- they provided such detailed information that we greatly appreciated. We hope to be lucky enough to return and stay again one day.

We had a lovely stay at Morten and Patrick’s apartment. The apartment was spotless, modern and had lots of great amenities which we really appreciated. Morten and Patrick are great host, very friendly and responsive. The location is great with an amazing view over Oslo and easy to walk or get the tram into town. Thank you, we would definitely recommend to others!

Veldig bra alternativ til hotell. Hadde alt vi trengte og ligger sentralt. Vi spurte om tidlig innsjekk og sen utsjekk. De prøvde å få det til, men det gikk ikke fordi det var andre gjester der. Satt pris på at de prøvde å strekke seg.

Vedran’s place was exactly as described, very comfortable, with all the necessities. It’s situated in a lovely area of Oslo, very walkable to some of the major places we had hoped to visit and had great restaurants just metres away. We also were so pleased with the transit system - all transport was very accessible, which made getting around Oslo a pleasure to navigate! Most importantly, Vedran was very responsive and helpful in communicating and providing directions. A great stay, we would come here again.

Sehr gemütliches, modernes Appartement in bester Lage! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dima ist super freundlich und hat an alles gedacht! Sehr empfehlenswert für einen Oslo-Trip!
