Sfeervol huisje in het historisch centrum

Kom ontspannen en genieten van historisch Middelburg, de zee en mijn sfeervolle romantische huisje in hartje centrum van Middelburg. Door de week woon ik hier zelf en in de weekenden deel ik mijn huis graag met stellen die houden van rust, ruimte en goede voorzieningen om een heerlijk weekend samen te beleven. Gebouwd in 1840 en alle moderne voorzieningen (complete keuken, kachel, luxe boxspring, wifi en televisie) aanwezig om samen te genieten zodat je opgeladen en uitgerust huiswaarts keert.

Hoekwoning met privé tuin en sauna bij het bos!

Dit is de ideale plek voor ontspanning voor 2 personen! Op loopafstand van de Ginkelse heide vindt u deze gezellige hoekwoning. Er zijn vanuit hier verschillende fiets-, wandel- en mountainbike routes te vinden. Ook kunt u lopend naar het gezellige centrum van Ede. U kunt hier ontspannen in de sauna of met een borrel bij de sfeervolle houthaard. In het souterrain kunt u een potje pingpongen, poolen, darten en/of tafelvoetvallen. Er woont een poes in huis, Beer. Ze houdt van knuffelen en eten!

Sand Appartment, bevindt zich op de gehele 1e verdieping van het woonhuis. Op 1 minuut van het Zuid strand, met goede restaurants. Lopend: centrum 5 minuten en treinstation 8 minuten. In Zandvoort is een groot zwembad "Aqua Mundo Center Parcs". Mooie steden in buurt van Zandvoort of op fiets/trein of rij-afstand: o.a.: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Volendam. Mooie duinen en bossen met fiets- en wandelroutes bevinden zich in de directe omgeving. Uw host helpt u graag met nadere informatie.

Deze letterlijk midden in Nederland gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht. In 30 minuten in Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam of Utrecht. Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Egmond aan Zee - Nice house near beach and dunes!

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

Waar je heerlijk kunt slapen, luchten kan bekijken vanuit een comfortabel bed met eigen douche, toilet en wastafel. Je kan een ontbijt klaarmaken met koffie en thee. Ook is er een kleine koelkast aanwezig. Koken is niet mogelijk. Dit guesthouse is geschikt voor gasten die voor het diner de stad in willen gaan en die houden van rust.

Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Mooi huis in de historische binnenstad van Hoorn, direct aan de haven en in de buurt van de winkelstraten, diverse terrassen en restaurants. Het station is op 15 minuten loopafstand en daardoor sta je in 45 minuten in Amsterdam. Ideale locatie dus! Het huis is deels gerenoveerd. Er is een ruime woonkamer, een gloednieuwe keuken met een mooie eettafel. Er zijn twee slaapkamers en je kunt gebruikmaken van een fijne tuin met vuurplaats.

De woning ligt op de eerste en tweede verdieping van een pand waarin we zelf de begane grond bewonen. Op loopafstand van het centrum en het station. Goede verbindingen met Strijp-S, TUE, ASML etc.. Geschikt voor zakelijke reizigers. Onze prijs is INCLUSIEF toeristenbelasting.

Our newly remodeled house is in the heart of the ancient city of Enkhuizen. It is 70 m2 with two bedrooms, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen and a small deck terrace with a beautiful view. The house is very close to the train station, and only a few minutes walk to some of the best restaurants and sailboat viewing in town. It is perfect for a long stay or a short holiday!
