Private box for car. 3 minutes walk tò the beach and 10 Min walk tò the center ( medieval borgo). Max 15 Min walking tò the train station (every hours, train tò Roma Termini - 1 hour ride). A few minutes tò Santa Maria Goretti Sanctuary and to the WWII American Cemetery (walking distance). About 30 Min by car, you can get Cinecittà Roma World Park and Castel Romano outlet.
