The accommodation was perfect and the communication was also very pleasant. The good service was extra nice, they even helped with the taxi to the airport.

We had a great stay in Ostia. Sergio gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was very helpful throughout our visit. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location is perfect — just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and other local spots.

We had a great time. House equipped with every comfort and proximity to the beach has put the cherry on top. We will definitely be back.

We had a short but great stay. The instructions and info around the apartment were incredibly detailed and useful. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and the apartment is designed so logically for its purpose. I cannot overstate how remarkably clean the place was also. The cleanest Airbnb we have ever been to and we use Airbnb a tonne. Communication was faultless before and throughout our stay.

Great location with views of the boardwalk and ocean. Peaceful spot to stay and Luca was a great host! Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a great spot to sit and have a meal and enjoy a drink. 10/10 would recommend and we would absolutely look to stay here again if (when) we come back to Ostia.

Giorgio was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was just as described and had everything you needed. The big patio with the view of the sea made this apartment so unique and relaxing. There are restaurants within walking distance and the beach is just 2 sets of stairs away.

This place is very well equipped, quite, everything works. We found the most of what we needed (besides the usual also the kitchen utensils, detergents, cleaning utensils are there, the towels are already a bit old). The view is great, the balcony very nice. The car can be parked in the back yard. It is only a few steps to the beach. Unfortunately, there is garbage on the beach. If you take a walk to the left on the beach there is even more garbage so not very pleasant. All in all, we had a very good stay. The only thing to improve: chairs at the dining table are not very comfortable.

David was super helpful an responsive helping us check in super late at night (when we got lost)The location is so close to the beach and the bikes made getting to other restaurants so convenient. Would stay there again!

I had a great stay at Giorgias “Terrazza sul Mare”. Communication with the host was very uncomplicated and friendly. I was allowed to do my check-out a little later. The sound of the sea and the hustle and bustle on the beach is a highlight. The accommodation is small, clean and simple but leaves nothing to be desired. Kitchen utensils, hot water and beach equipment are also available, even bicycles. By bike you can get to Anzio or Nettuno in about 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and bars for all budgets. An absolute recommendation from me. Top!

Romana was incredibly kind and even picked us up from the train station. We enjoyed the stay a lot! The view is simply unbelievable and the art in the house is a collection with calling it a museum! Thanks a lot for sharing that beautiful place with us!

The apartment Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

Host I look forward to and available. Comfortable and functional apartment. Clean and completely renovated. Quiet, quiet area, but you need a car to get around. Access to the beach about 500 meters away. There is a very small piece of free beach and two equipped beach establishments, both accessible through stairs. Access to the beach is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

We were thrilled with the lovely, clean, and welcoming structure. I highly recommend it to all types of families to stay in tranquility and serenity, we will definitely be back!

We spent a week in the house and were delighted with everything associated with our stay. Patrizia met us when we arrived by train from Rome and gave us a tour of the town to allow us to get a feel for the location of facilities such as the beach, restaurants, shops etc. The accommodation was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. Very clean and well maintained. Patrizia had thoughtfully provided fresh fruit and veg and the store cupboard was well stocked. We loved the garden area and spent many hours there. Local shops within walking distance provided for our needs and in particular the fresh fish was excellent. The beach is easily accessible and family friendly. Overall the holiday provided exactly what we had hoped for-a relaxing environment within a local community, good food and wine with a beach and town centre facilities within easy reach. Paolo drove us back to the station with our thanks and we will have no hesitation in booking the house again. Recommended .

Our experience at this apartment was truly exceptional. The location on Piazza Anco Marzio is unbeatable—just 150 meters from the sea and right in the heart of the pedestrian area, filled with charming restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment is bright, beautifully decorated, and clearly renovated with care. We especially loved the terrace, which was perfect for relaxing any time of day! The space had a modern, clean aesthetic with thoughtful touches throughout, including striking black and white travel photography. The modern bathroom was a great bonus! Christian went above and beyond, providing a generous walk-thru and welcome kit that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. Giorgia was an excellent host. We were at the end of a 3 week Mediterranean cruise and she accommodated us by letting us check in early, recommending restaurants, grocery stores etc. But honestly the best thing about Mary's Place is the views, absolutely stunning. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for a day trip to Ostia Antica, relaxing at the beach or just enjoying the town. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Giorgia for taking such good care of us. If you cannot relax and enjoy your time here, then you probably can't do it anywhere. Did I mention the views are stunning!!

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!
