The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

This apartment is located on a large property in Buschenhagen, between Stralsund and Barth on the edge of the national park, one of the largest crane resting places in Europe. The vacation rental is located on the pond side of the house and can accommodate up to 2 people. Enjoy the individual atmosphere of the farm, where nature and art have found their place. By bike you can reach the Bodden in 10 minutes and the Baltic Sea is 20 minutes away by car.

I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage and thereby preserving it. Our holiday home is 40 sqm in size and has been laid out separately on the property. This is located in a popular Stralsund residential area, from which the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, a bedroom, a children's room, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue. A car parking space is available. The storage of bicycles is possible.
