The remodelled side house of Papenwohld is a unique house that provides perfect condition for a relaxing getaway in nature or a creative retreat. The old romantic, sun flooded house offers diverse use from individuals to large creative groups or families. Papenwohld is the home of the Papenwohld Artist Residency - a non-profit art project founded and run by the hosts. Everything from music festivals, yoga and horse workshops to concerts and art exhibitions have been celebrated here.

Charming “chapel” in the north German Bullerbü

Unsere kleine „Kapelle“ befindet sich auf einem ehemaligen Bauernhof zwischen der Schlei und dem Naturpark Hüttener Berge. Friedlich eingebettet zwischen Wiesen, Äckern und Mooren liegt unser unverwechselbares „Mini-Dorf“. Bei uns leben vier Familien mit insgesamt fünf Kindern sowie eine freundliche Hovawart-Hündin, vier Katzen, ein Hahn und zwei Hennen. Alle Zwei- und Vierbeiner laufen auf dem Grundstück frei herum, es gibt bei uns weder Zäune noch Pforten.

Our cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-kept semi-detached house in a quiet residential area. The terrace belonging to the apartment with a view of the countryside is for you alone to relax. Located at the "great width" of the Schlei, the surroundings invite you to explore. It takes less than 15 minutes to get there on foot. Located in the middle of the beautiful cities of Eckernförde and Schleswig, all possibilities are open to you.

In our cozy cottage with a view of the countryside, you can relax wonderfully. The small but fine wooden house impresses with the bamboo parquet floor and the spacious terrace. Attention restriction: The D1 mobile network is almost unavailable with us. In addition to a filter coffee maker, there is also a Senseo coffee pod machine in the kitchen. An 11KW wallbox for charging your electric car is available on the premises (the electricity is billed to us)

Our apartment is just the thing for nature lovers with or without a dog. Next door is the historic water mill. Shopping and restaurants can be found just one town away. Located at the narrowest point of Germany, this gem is a 180-year-old thatched-roof Geestlanghaus, in a quiet secluded location with free parking, 10 minutes away from the A7. Young couples with toddler, solo travelers, tourists on the way north or south, seclusion looking painters, pianists (wings available!), writers and other creatives, bird lovers and lovers of the seas are welcome in our small gallery!
