Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake...and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself...so everything made with love...but every now and then a little crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself, are guests, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the road... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are in front of the door...on city trips I can offer professional dog care...(had a dog board before).

Die kleine Ferienwohnung hat ca. 30 m², eine Dusche + WC sowie einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit integriertem Küchenbereich und ist besonders gut für Paare und Dienstreisende geeignet. Wer eine Unterkunft für Unternehmungen in die Hauptstadt Berlin oder in eine wunderschöne, landschaftliche Umgebung sucht, ist hier sehr gut untergebracht.Die Straßenbahn nach Berlin ist etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt, von dort mit der S-Bahn bis in die City nochmal etwa 45 min, mit dem Auto ist man in 30 min im Stadtzentrum.

Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Zweinihaus - guest house surrounded by greenery

Our small guest house is well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. Unser gemütliches, ruhiges Studio-Apartment in Hessenwinkel ist perfekt für Urlauber, Expats und Stadtflüchtige, die einen Ort suchen, der sowohl fußläufig zu Bus & Bahn als auch zu Wald & Wasser gelegen ist. Alle 10min fährt die S3 von Wilhelmshagen direkt einmal durch Berlin und ermöglicht so die perfekte Anbindung am Stadtrand. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten ist man aber auch in den Püttbergen oder am Dämmeritzsee. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Handvoll Restaurants sind fußläufig.

Auf 80m² sind alle Räumlichkeiten großzügig aufgeteilt, so dass sich hier vier Personen rundum wohlfühlen können. Das freundliche Ambiente sowie der traumhafte Blick auf den Kalksee laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Umgebung bietet alles, was in einem Urlaub nicht fehlen sollte - Seen, Badestellen, Restaurants, Wälder, direkte Nahverkehrsanbindung an die Berliner Metropole sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Every 10 minutes, the S3 from Wilhelmshagen runs directly through Berlin and thus allows the perfect connection to the outskirts of the city. Within a few minutes' walk you are also in the Püttbergen or Dämmeritzsee. Shopping and a handful of restaurants are also within walking distance.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.
