Holiday rentals with beach access in Neuenkirchen

We were in the apartment for 7 days, cooking every day. The cookware was rather simple, but nothing was missing (tea drinkers, like us, may be happy about a tea strainer in the future?) Refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher (not used by us) were great. The 1-room apartment is really spacious, the bed is very secure, in a niche, the windows can be darkened. Bed linen, towels are brought or rented from Dieter (if someone does not like it: it is made of microfiber). What we liked best of all was Dieter himself. He is extremely courteous (in our time there was a problem with the heat pump one day, Dieter took our request to turn off the noise level very seriously and fixed the problem immediately, even on Sunday. He also responds super quickly. And: The tranquility is unsurpassed, we enjoyed it every hour. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

We were very much looking forward to the apartment. The apartment has been carefully brought from its long construction history into the present time and makes a special space visible in its simple way with selected furniture and is at the same time furnished with everything that is important, which we liked very much.

There were two of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable there. The apartment fully matches the descriptions and is very clean. We felt particularly comfortable on the lovingly designed balcony. Even in rainy weather, you can sit there protected. The in-house sauna in the sheltered, cozy courtyard is highly recommended. There you can relax very well. Dietrich responded to questions incredibly quickly. His tips in advance were very helpful. We will be happy to come back. Appartement in a beautiful garden full of flowers with very nice host, who was always around and willing to help us! Great place (near Prora and a beach, not far to all interesting places of Rügen) to stay for several days or even weeks.

Our stay in the dune house exceeded our imagination. Everything was lovingly decorated as in the photos, clean and the location couldn't have been better. We were also very happy about the small gift. We will be happy to come back! :)

Super vacation home, there's no other way to describe it. The apartment is very easily accessible from Rügendamm and yet quiet, surrounded by nature. However, you have to drive to get to a business. Altefähr is within walking distance in about 3 km. In about 5 minutes, however, you can also reach Stralsund by car. The rest of the island of Rügen is also easily accessible. The apartment had everything you needed. In addition to a really impressive size, a beautiful terrace to the SW side with a view in the direction of Stralsund, a spacious bathroom and two bedrooms. The furniture makes a high-quality impression. In particular, the dining table was great. The kitchen appliances also worked perfectly and yes, we have never seen such a clean toaster. There is no Wi-Fi, but that was actually quite good. The statement “No hot water” in the listing was a bit confusing, but of course we didn't have to freeze or take a cold shower. So, everything was perfect. Thanks so much to Olaf.

We totally enjoyed our stay! The accommodation was clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped - you immediately feel at home. Also the hosts were very warm and helpful. Everything was consistent all around – we would love to come back and can absolutely recommend the stay!

We enjoyed our holidays in the apartment. It was just the right place for our little family. Everything as described. House and surroundings are a dream for anyone who yearn for peace and nature. Our son had nice contact with the children of the other families in the house and the garden leaves enough space for everyone to play, but also to have peace and quiet. The house is so cleverly cut that you don't mind. We will be happy to come back!

We loved our stay in Møn and the guest house was an important part of our experience. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The house is very nicely furnished and the garden offers everything to really enjoy yourself with the sauna, the hot tub and the grill house. The kitchen is great for cooking with several people. We didn't miss anything in cooking utensils and there was enough dishes for everyone. The way to the beach is relatively short.

We had a wonderful short break in Sandra's thatched cottage! I can only recommend, we felt at home! Thank you!

The house is the corner house in a townhouse. We had three different neighbors in the directly adjacent apartment. The veranda on the high ground floor is shared with the neighbors but is separated by flower boxes, so that a privacy is maintained. We totally enjoyed the house as it is very quiet from all the noise. Nevertheless, you can reach all ends of the island by car within 1 hour. In less than half an hour you are in Bergen with all your sights and shopping. The apartment is very nicely decorated, as in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, so you can take care of yourself. Directly in Rappin not far from the apartment you can eat delicious burgers. The large TV with Amazon stick and connection for the laptop brought with you made for beautiful evenings, plus the magnificent sunsets. We highly recommend the apartment

We enjoyed our 5 night stay very much, the home was equipped with everything we needed, the location is perfect and the views from the backyard and the balcony are breathtaking. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it is the perfect getaway!

I was traveling with my daughter, she was preparing for the interview for the University of Greifswald. The space was perfect for that. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and walked a lot. Dirk had heated the house and we could enjoy the first evening. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be, totally relaxed and very beautiful.

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful beach house! The modern and stylish furnishings immediately impressed us - everything is designed with great attention to detail and looks very high-quality. The view of the sea is simply breathtaking, even from the sofa. The location is absolutely unique - right on the beach, wonderfully quiet and perfect for relaxing. A real highlight was the wood-fired hot tub on the terrace - a fantastic experience under the starry sky, especially in the evening. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

We immediately felt comfortable in Janin's red cottage near the beach. The furnishings of the beach pearl are very well maintained and lovingly designed. Through the large windows we enjoyed the open view of the pine trees. Due to a clever layout of the rooms, the small cottage looks very spacious. Easy communication with Janine and the caretaker service, which we once had to use. Also, thanks for the flowers🙂

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

We had a great stay! The location of the pilot house is indescribable and the small bar yard perfect for a long weekend! The apartment is very cozy and offers enough space! Highly recommended.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.

Beautiful house with great location right by the sea and good pizzeria nearby. We felt very comfortable.
