The Home of Oasis Apartment is a charming apartment in northern Emsland, in the village of Surwold, close to the city of Papenburg. The house has a total of 3 large double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. The dining and living area is spacious. There are 3 bathrooms in total. A special highlight is the large heated indoor pool with a counter-current system, which provides bathing fun all year round. *NEW* Sauna available! Moin! Welcome to Papenburg, Venice of Germany. Our apartment "Anni" is located in the Papenburg district of Obenende, right on the canal. Supermarkets, restaurants and other services are easily accessible within 1.5 km. The approx. 50 sqm apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an external staircase. The building was built in 2022 in accordance with the KfW 40+ standard and is therefore technically up to date (underfloor heating, ventilation system).

A pretty, private, one-room apartment with a bathroom and a kitchenette in a charming style awaits dear guests! The apartment is located in a single-family house. Papenburg is about 6 km away. Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, natural, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp Estate, which hosts various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is located in my house, you have your own entrance area.

We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.
