It consists of a spacious entrance area, a kitchen with sitting area, living room with Swedish stove, three bedrooms, toilet and bathroom with shower, bathtub, separate toilet and a large south balcony, which is accessible via the living room and bedroom 1. A large meadow and a piece of forest with a stream belong to the house.

Die Wohnung, bestehend aus Vorraum, Badezimmer und Wohnraum (Küche, Essecke, Sofa, Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Fernseher), wurde 2018 komplett neu renoviert. ACHTUNG: - Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock & es gibt keinen Aufzug! - Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist recht eng, eine Alternative können wir leider nicht bieten.
