Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Doppelzimmer und zwei Einzelzimmer, Küche, Bad und Terrasse. Jedes Zimmer ist mit TV und einem eigenen Essbereich ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden und ein Raum für Kinderwagen/Karre. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Hof ist inklusive. Es gibt kein Wohnzimmer.
