In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

We rent our nice little cottage 27 m², 2 min walk from Wandlitzsee to the beach 3 min to Surfing club about 5 min, 500 m from Wandlitzsee train station. Bakeries, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes in the vicinity Wi-Fi is not available everywhere. A cozy, fully insulated wooden house awaits you in the green southeast of Berlin with its own small pool and the possibility to use the sauna for a flat-rate electricity fee. 150 m to the forest and 800 m to the S-Bahn, which takes you quickly to the center with all the sights. We offer our small apartment in bungalow style on our property in the tranquil Börnicke on the outskirts of Berlin for rent. It is a 1.5 room apartment with a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Our bungalow is located on the edge of the forest and within walking distance of Grünefelder See. But Berlin could also be reached by train in about 15 minutes.

We offer a small cozy and lovingly furnished bungalow with garden for max. 3 people. The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and a sofa bed in the living room where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet, rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin.
