We were passing through for one night, small quiet house and sufficiently functional, clean accommodation. Very good communication with Patricia who remained available when needed.

Absolutely exceptional place: spacious, clean, beautifully renovated old building with lovely mix of original components (fireplace, sink, stone wall) and modern comforts, tastefully decorated, again with lovely mix of old and new, extremely well equipped, delightful host, stunningly beautiful location in charming village, yet within minutes of larger town with all needed conveniences, easy parking—just terrific! We cannot recommend highly enough!

We received a very good welcome. Housing is quiet, clean, spacious, well stocked, we didn't miss anything! A huge playroom upstairs where the children could play without disturbing. With 2 bathrooms and two toilets, it was very convenient for the large number of us. (8 adults and 8 children) We walked down to the village center, a short but pleasant walk in this calm and beautiful landscape. Total change of scenery. This farmhouse is just beautiful! I highly recommend this listing!

We had a wonderful stay in Moussages, in a beautiful building full of charm. When we arrived, Léa welcomed us warmly and showed us around the house, providing us with all the necessary explanations. The house is very well equipped and offers great comfort, with a breathtaking view of the castle of Auzer as a bonus. We took the opportunity to visit the surroundings, including the village of Salers and the Salins waterfall, two places full of charm. Despite the sometimes gloomy weather, the pool largely contributed to making our stay pleasant and relaxing. A very beautiful break in an exceptional setting! Very nice hosts gives good address and very responsive, warm welcome. Small apartment very nice and largely enough for two, the kitchen is very functional and well-equipped, the host provides different elements in order to cook it's cool, bathroom and toilet very clean. Spacious room with plenty of comfortable bed storage, nice and quiet place, little street passage, small village quite functional with bakery restaurant, post office, distributor, and an excellent butcher shop that offers many products from the area. The area is magnificent, a few km from the slopes, a very nice hike without forgetting the exceptional wolf and bison park. And the springs of the village. We had the pleasure of staying in Sabine's chalet. This allowed us to take the accommodation earlier than the scheduled time, we still want to thank her. Peaceful accommodation, with a beautiful view. The pool is really a positive point in this heat. Sabine also gave us very good advice for restaurants and the small hazards of travel. We will not fail to stay there again on our next visit. We look forward to welcoming you Adeline and Romain.

Catherine & Gérard’s tiny house exceeded our expectations. They were wonderful hosts lots of privacy but also lots of useful local information. The accommodation was beautiful - small but perfect for a couple - the bathroom is v small but also perfect. The pool is a fabulous addition & felt almost exclusive to us. Surrounding area beautiful, wildlife wonderful & town very friendly. Easy to walk to town & surrounding quiet countryside. We travelled by train from Scotland & it worked amazingly well. Caesar the cat was fab too & very welcoming!

Typical character house of the Aubrac plateau for those who want tranquility, I recommend

In the heart of Cantal, near the Dordogne gorges. You will enjoy the many nearby hikes. This old house made of old stones has been perfectly restored to the tastes of the day with care and with quality materials. It is very well equipped. We were a family of five, each able to enjoy their own private room with shower and the large shaded garden. It is a real favorite for us who come from the most beautiful department of France, the 64 (a little Basque-Béarnais chauvinism does not hurt...). Cantal and Salers will never replace Ossau-iraty cheese but you can find some GAEC and farm producers around that will make you discover this good cheese made on site!We recommend this place for nature lovers, those who love good things and outdoor activities. we were visiting Saint flour for the French swimming championships where our son was participating, we were very well hosted by Gilbert and his wife, the view from the balcony on the ramparts is beautiful, the area is very quiet and peaceful , Gilbert directed us to the surroundings. We had a lovely stay, I recommend it. It's a place to breathe in the great outdoors, it's the perfect place. Welcomed with a very good fouace as well as apricot jam.

A haven of peace in a beautiful country house, with beautiful views of the Cantal mountains from the terrace. Only the bells of the cows can be heard. The house is simply arranged, but it is more than enough. Very good contact with Mr. Hubert, very friendly and knows the area inside out.

We had an unforgettable week of vacation at this beautiful Auvergne home. The layout is very well thought out, the grounds are large and perfectly fenced, which was ideal for the safety of our little Beagle. The calm that reigns and the breathtaking views of the surrounding nature invite you to relax and rejuvenate. The house is also a perfect starting point for hiking lovers, with a trail station nearby and many trails accessible from the village. Jacqueline welcomed us warmly, she was very responsive and available throughout our stay. A big thank you also for the welcome gift, both for us and for our little dog — a delicate attention that touched us a lot. Everything matched the listing and photos perfectly. Between sports activities and moments of rest, this week was perfect… even the weather was there! We'll be happy to go back!
