1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, at the edge of the woods in this pretty little fully equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc...) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.

Very nice small furnished apartment for seasonal rental by the night, by the week or more for workers on the go. A kitchen ( microwave , nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, fridge ) with dining area and sofa, a bedroom with bed ( 160X200 ), a bathroom with walk-in shower, hanging toilet and sink. All on the ground floor, but two steps to get there. Gated outdoor parking with electric gate. Down duvet, allergy warning.

Furnished 42 m2 fully equipped at the foot of a bike path. Ideally located between Bordeaux (45 min) Angoulême (30 min) and Cognac (40 min) among Charentais vineyards and 50 min from Royan beaches. All shops and restaurants in Baignes (5 minutes) or Barbezieux (10 minutes) 2 municipalities with a summer swimming pool. Possibility of walks in a small adjoining wood of 7000 m2 with small paths. Relaxation assured.

Small house full of charm, which has been totally renovated by us and now offers modern and functional accommodation, with a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room, toilet, a sitting area with sofa bed, and a veranda. You have at your disposal, a Tassimo coffee machine, in front of a small garden and barbecue. Sheets and towels are provided as well as two adult bikes. However, we do not have Wi-Fi.
