The small house

Located 20 minutes from Chartres and 40 minutes from Orléans in a peaceful village with all shops 2km away. The brand-new accommodation is on a quiet, wooded lot where you will find our friendly dwarf goats in their enclosure. With direct access to the equestrian center and city stadium. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen and living room with convertible sofa. Upstairs: a landing serving two bedrooms with a double bed, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

A cleverly furnished gîte, completely renovated, in a peaceful village in the heart of Beauce and the Route du Blé. 50 m² gîte, including on the ground floor: American kitchen equipped with washing machine, stove with oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
