The apartment's area is 55 m²+ 25 m² terrace Lying in a deckchair on the south-facing terrace, enjoy the panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains of the Southern Alps, without any vis-à-vis. When it's cold outside, warm up in front the chimney, sitting in a cozy club chair: you can imagine yourself in an old chalet of yesteryear... nevertheless equipped with wifi, television and everything modern comfort.

Located on the ground floor, you get a terrace as well as a garden surrounded by nature. In winter, you can enjoy quick access to the Pelvoux ski resort by road or the Puy-Saint-Vincent ski resort (15 min) by car or bus.

To find the residence and the studio easily, follow the directions given on the site (option: arrival guide - itinerary) Warning: errors with GPS, Google Maps, etc. Note: Since the studio is in the attic, it is impossible to open the skylight when it is snowing or if there is ice.

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

Bed linen and bath towels can be provided for 10 euros per person for sheets and 5 euros per person for towels, this will be requested on site.
