Downtown but set off the road, this spacious one bedroom light filled bungalow is perfect for your weekend or week long getaway! With all new appliances including a gas stove, a record player with plenty of records to choose from and organic cotton bedding on a very comfy king bed, you won’t want to leave! Guests have access to a washer and dryer and can request any special items they need. Memory foam sleeping mats are also available. The walk is only 3-5 min to shops, bars, and restaurants!

A beautiful 550 square foot self built house in the woods. Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Quiet, private and surrounded by trees. 5 minutes from downtown Nevada City. Near a variety of outdoor activities. Down a private driveway with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Our home is right at the top of Broad St., a short walk down to bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Miners Foundry is about 5 min walk. This is a very ideal home and location for wedding attendees if you just want to walk to the local venues. Our house has three bedrooms, one on the main floor, and two upstairs. Small, well trained and non shedding pets are welcome after discussion.

Sugarloaf Madrone Studio is tucked into the slope of Sugarloaf Mountain, overlooking the 7 Hills of Nevada City. It is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants, arts, and nightlife. Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the ground level. The Madrone Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.
