(10 minutes) Close to amenities (Pharmacy, grocery store, bakery, fast food, hairdresser) and Supermarkets. 15 minutes from the Dampierre-en-Burly power station. 8 minutes from St-Benoît-sur-Loire. 30 minutes from Gien. 45 minutes from Orleans and Montargis.

The forest chalet

The chalet is in the middle of nature, on a territory of several hectares. Quiet and peaceful place, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Located 10 min from Gien and 5 min from the village of Dampierre. The chalet has 2 bedrooms with storage, TV and 160x200 beds, sheets included, including one bedroom with two beds. The accommodation has a terrace with a view of the gravel pit. You can stroll and spend a moment by the water, at the edge of a private pond located 800m away.

The studio is equipped with a kitchenette including a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine (Starbucks capsule) the first coffee (tea) is offered, a minimum of dishes and a sink. We welcome you to our independent studio (attached to our main residence) with private access and parking space in front of the studio. Possibility to put bicycles and motorcycles under cover and safely. Bright 40 m2 studio, with kitchenette, bathroom and toilet private. Comfortable sofa bed (sheets and duvet and pillows provided) for 1–2 people.
