Le lieu possède un large extérieur arboré qui vous laissera vous dégourdir les jambes. Une petite marre an fond du terrain complète le tableau. Le logement se compose d'une entrée avec placard, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle d'eau ainsi que d'une grande pièce à vivre en 2parties.

Tout équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro ondes, etc...) 3 chambres (3 lits 90, 2 lits 140 ). Terrasse , jardin privatif sans vis à vis, barbecue, barques/pédalos, pêche, grande aire de jeux à l'abri, baby foot, ping pong, instruments (batterie, guitares, synthé, djembés) Horaires flexibles.

Our accommodation is located 1 hour from Paris by the A6, 15 minutes from Montargis, 20 minutes from Nemours, and 10 minutes from Château-Landon, Great for a stay with family or friends in the colors of nature, great for remote working in peace. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the accommodation is not returned in an acceptable condition.
