Adorable 1953 renovated cottage located in the heart of New Bern. Walk to grocery store. 1.4 miles to Twin Rivers Mall and Wal Mart. Two miles to historic downtown and half mile to Craven Regional Medical Center. Restaurants nearby. Walkable neighborhood. The living space has new smart TV, WiFi. and is newly furnished. The house has two bedrooms, two twins and one queen with new bedding and new mattresses. Bathroom tub with shower and washer and dryer. Kitchen with granite counters and island. Kitchen seats four with eat in table. Keurig one cup coffee, breakfast snacks, coffee, bottled water complimentary. All new appliances. Everything you should need for comfortable stay provided. Fenced back yard with deck Driveway parking for two vehicles. Check in is at 3:00. Check out 11:00 am.
