Loft holiday rentals in New England

Mary and Margaret are great hosts. This is our third stay there and we feel right at home. The place is always super clean. The bathroom has a tub and huge walk in shower. The layout is spacious. The view is beautiful and there are great places to go for a walk. I hope to return in the future for a longer stay. Thanks to both ladies and to Bruce plus Scout and Pippa.

Great little studio apartment attached to Emily’s house, very peaceful yet walkable to downtown Wilmington!!! Easy to get to the Hoot and Toot trail, and about a mile from the boat launch/picnic grove at the lake!! Absolutely would recommend and stay again!!

The accommodation is very warm and lively: plants, inspired decoration, non-standardized furniture,... It's really very pleasant and nothing missing. Martine is a very welcoming and responsive host. And the very large property (woods, lake) offers a very nice environment for walks or just to disconnect from urban life. We really want to go back in the summer or fall!

The barn was exactly what I needed for a few days away to reset. It is a beautiful home with all the amenities you could need. Julie is very intentional with the guest experience; the little touches made the stay even more wonderful. The location is perfect for access to everything Great Barrington offers, but you’re a little tucked away on a quiet, peaceful road. I loved the Old Red Barn and would recommend it to anyone passing through the area.

I had such a great time at this place! The apartment was very clean and the host was exceptional. I appreciated the early check-in and late check-out, local recommendations, and the location! This was the perfect home base for exploring Acadia National Park. My dog loved it too! I appreciated the host's recommendation to rent an bike for the Acadia carriage roads. I ended up renting an e-bike for 6 hours and biked 29 miles to as many bridges as I could. It was one of the highlights of my trip! I would definitely stay at this place again for a future trip to the area!

Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed and bedding. Great hot tub! Convenient location for our needs. Very cute! We had 5 adults stay comfortably. Wonderful sound system.

Stayed here for the weekend of my 15 year reunion at Mount Holyoke College. It was a great way to see the entire Pioneer Valley while being centrally located in my favorite town of Northampton. This spot was perfect and we felt right at home. Highly recommend! Only downside was parking, but we did eventually find a good spot after a few loops around the area.

Quiet, spacious loft smack dab in prime Mile End. Easily walkable to some of the best restaurants in Montreal, beautiful parks, and, dangerously, St. Viateur bagels are only half a block away. Bed was comfy and A/C kept us cool even on a 90 degree day. Mike was happy to give us some recommendations for spots in the neighborhood and always responsive to any questions we had. Great spot if you want to get out of downtown!

The carriage house had all the historic charm one could ask for with modern comforts and conveniences. The kitchen was fully stocked, bathroom spacious and super clean, and the bed cozy and comfortable. We loved watching the daily farm activities, meeting the cows, and savoring the local goods from the farm store. I wish we had brought less food with us—the farm store was stocked with salad greens, dairy products to your heart’s desire (eat the moon cheese!), preserves, and incredibly delicious sausages. All local, all worth sampling. My husband and I were both able to work remotely with the fast wifi. So glad we stayed here and hoping for a return visit sometime soon!

Lovely stay. Very bucolic setting which was very peaceful. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the sunset. Would stay again.

Very clean space, nice location. I had a great time staying in bath beach at the loft! So many amenities I didn’t have to leave for the whole weekend.

Jenny’s communication and instructions were easy to follow and made the visit seamless. The accommodations were just right and very comfortable. The perks of YouTube TV/Netflix and not having to do the cleaning for them was appreciated and put it over the top!

We had great communication with the hosts. The Loft was spacious, well appointed and within walking distance of many places in the downtown area of Bangor.

This is my second time staying at Melanie's place, and everything was spotless again. The place is always as clean, comfortable and good location It feels like home, with all the little touches that make a difference. Host is responsive, welcoming, and very professional. A fantastic stay in a warm and welcoming home close to great transport links, shops, coffee, lovely forest walks and also the river is only 15mins walk away, so a really nice place for long stays. The studio was warm and cosy, I rarely had to turn the heating on even in snowy weather as its so nicely insulated, the bed was super comfy, the kitchen really practical and the bathroom was the perfect size and set up. Very helpful hosts, and a great place for long term stays as you have privacy and it felt very homely, id 100% stay again, and the hosts were so helpful and lovely!

I had an amazing month in beautiful Quebec city, and the location of the apartment played a huge role in my experience. It was also very clean and cozy, and the kitchen was very well equiped. Raphael is an amazing and helpful host. I could not have done any beter anywhere else. Would definetely come back!

Melissa’s place was absolutely wonderful! Waking up to the view of Mt St Anne every morning and seeing lighted ski slopes every night all from our patio door was something out of this world! As soon as my husband walked into the condo and saw how beautiful it was, he said “yes, vacation has started” Through out the month we were there our host even provided extra appliances to make our stay more convenient. They were truly wonderful and responsive and helpful. I don’t really like to travel to somewhere a second time but I loved our stay so much we are contemplating going back sometime in a different season.

Nice little accommodation with all the things you need for everyday life. Bus station to Lennoxville just around the corner, Maxi supermarket only a 5-minute walk away, several places to eat nearby, quiet neighborhood. The hostess is super friendly, helpful and happy to give tips on what to do. I would come back in a heartbeat.

We spent 5 months in Melanie's studio and it was a great experience! Close to the city center, university, lake and Mont Bellevue, the studio is located in a central, pleasant area and very well connected by buses. Melanie is a superb host, always available and there to help us. It was with a very heavy heart that we left our life in Sherbrooke in the Mont Bellevue studio. This experience will remain engraved in our hearts.
