Our 1840’s renovated grist mill is located in the beautiful Monadnock Region. The house and cottage are situated on twelve acres and includes gardens, an orchard, berry bushes, grape vines, beehives, a dog, and a tremendous waterfall. We are close to many of nature’s gems including Mount Monadnock, Pack Monadnock, the Heald Tract hiking trails, skiing, snowshoeing and swimming. Also the acclaimed MacDowell Arts Center, Andy’s Summer Playhouse, Andres Institute of Art and the Waldorf Schools.

Quiet clean waterfront rustic cabin over looking 1st conn. lake. 1 bedroom with king size bed . 3/4 bath and small kitchen with most basic cooking items. Sit on the porch and listen to the loons while enjoying your peace and tranquility away from your everyday life. Do have small beach and large dock to share. wifi and sat tv so you can stay connected. Sorry no pets . We do have 2 friendly large dogs on the property and we do live next door. Our season is from may 15 to november 1.

This cozy one-room guesthouse is located on a quiet street off the green in downtown Lebanon, NH. It offers a private entrance with access to a lovely outdoor patio and gas grill. Walking distance to downtown Durham, the Oyster River, and Great Bay, with many hiking trails a short drive away. Take a walk to the historic Mill Pond Dam or to Tideline Public House (food truck park). This efficient space is for 1-2 people, with one queen bed available.
