Guesthouse holiday rentals in New Hampshire

We stayed at Steven’s guest house for a ski weekend at Cannon and Waterville Valley. The house is in a great location, being 15 minutes from Cannon, 25 minutes from Waterville Valley, and 5 minutes from downtown Lincoln. The guesthouse was very clean, comfortable and warm! 3 of us fit in the Airbnb but it was a little tight using the pullout couch. We would definitely stay here again!

This barn is absolutely beautiful and unique. The bar, furnishings, and wall art were all phenomenal. It was perfect for two couples to stay over a wedding weekend. We were able to freely enjoy ourselves and relax in a space that felt both special and homey. My one regret was that the weather didn’t allow us to use the fire pit in the yard. Communication was excellent, and Heidi was great to work with. Arriving there for the first time, I had one of those "I hope I should be driving down this private driveway!?" moments, but Google Maps took us exactly where we needed to be. I absolutely cannot wait to book here again. We will be back this fall without a doubt. Thank you, Heidi!

Delia was amazing! We needed a place to stay with 3 dogs while our house in NH sold and We could close on new house. She was so good to us! Has a beautiful property, We enjoyed the fenced in yard & hot tub

It was a cozy beach cottage, and more. Perfect for two couples, clean with comfortable beds. Great location to walk to local attractions, even in the rain!

Fran was a wonderful hostess! She was very flexible and accommodating as our original plans changed and we ended up bringing our kids with us as well. She greeted us when we arrived later at night and graciously allowed us to stay in a larger cottage to accommodate my kids which we are forever grateful for! 🤍 the views are breathtaking - what a serene and peaceful spot! We enjoyed every minute we spent in the cottage as well as exploring the town. We would stay here anytime!

We loved our stay at Sarah’s house. The house was exactly what was shown on the website. Very peaceful and very clean. Sarah was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this house!

Clean and comfortable space for 2 in Hanover, New Hampshire close to downtown. The accommodations were as advertised in the listing.

We loved this little cabin. The update they did was beautiful. The decor and paint colors were neutral, earthy, cozy and calm. The kitchen had everything we needed and we thought it was so cool how the faucet lite up lol. The place was really clean as well. We ended up getting a lot of snow the night before our check out and the owners both came to shovel a pathway for us and shoveled around my car that I was packing which was really nice and thoughtful. If we find ourselves back in the area, we already said we’d book here again. Thank you !

My family and I had a great time at the Cider House. We were visiting England for and wanted a place to get some fresh air. No better place than in the mountains on a farm! They were both very hospitable and the fresh farm food was a great touch.

So far the best rental property I have stayed at. Spacious and very well stocked with a great view of the pond. Backing up to the front door to unload/load and having the garage space (snow in December) were big advantages. Loft bedroom not as private as the other two bedrooms, but the spacious lower level bedroom was perfect for my guests. Everyone who came by during my visit were impressed with the property and the house.

I needed a place to stay for a funeral and was t wanting to be stuck in a hotel so I tried out Catherine’s guest house. It’s a great little house, probably around 800 sqft total on the back side of the main house. Everything was exactly like the picture. Walking distance to a lot of things, including downtown Concord. Catherine was wonderfully responsive and helped me with a few logistical questions I had as well. Would suggest to anyone needing a simple place to stay. Couldn’t really do more than two folks at best who are good sharing a bed. The stairs are steep as well so bear that in mind if it’s an issue as the restroom is upstairs. Great for relaxing and enjoying a trip. Has a nice bird feeder that is visible from the living room area as well. Had birds the entire time, rain or shine.

Stone Cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. The cottage is in a serene area atop a rolling hill with views to the Squam Lakes area. The cottage itself is perfect for two, with modern kitchen and bathroom. The queen-size bed was extremely comfortable and the bed linens were luxurious. We would absolutely stay at Stone Cottage again!

The Heron’s Nest was an awesome place to stay in Portsmouth. It is close to downtown which has lots of great restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the backyard was so much fun to sit and watch so many different kinds of birds. Walter and Mary Ellen are some of the nicest hosts we have stayed with. I highly recommend staying at the Heron’s Nest!

A quiet place to stay for a few days. It's a drive to most places but that was not a problem for us. Tracey was responsive and the stay was as advertised.

We have had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The accommodations are excellent and George is an excellent host. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Dover area. Our dog has been welcomed and appreciated. Bill & Cathy

From the warm welcome to our comfortable stay, Margot was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you are hoping to find a great spot to relax away from the busyness of the larger areas of NH all within a 20 minute drive to the larger areas, this is the spot for you!

Already dreaming of returning ! Thank you so much for sharing your peaceful place with us . The bed was possibly the most comfortable in any airbnb I’ve stayed in . Place was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need . Bathroom felt spa like with an abundance of soft fluffy towels , hair shampoo , conditioner , fluffy rugs . Kitchen was very functional & we easily made our breakfast (thank you for the fresh eggs ) . Great place y disconnect but if you’re working on the go you’ll be able to do so comfortably here . Such warm & loving hosts . Our stay felt like a dream .

This is our third year staying here as our home base for XC skiing at Bretton Woods. Littleton is a great town with cute shops and good restaurants. This guest house is very clean, has everything you need, and the owners are so responsive. We were even surprised this time with a delightful welcome basket filled with yummy local treats. Excited for next year!

Carols place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and spacious. Perfect location when staying in Bethlehem. We hope to return in the future.

Ray and Kayla's place is the best view you can get in this part of the world. Up above it all, you feel far away from everything, but in just a few minutes you're in the lovely town of Jackson and less than 30 minutes from so many fun things to do! Highly recommend!!

Katie & Ian’s place was a nice peaceful place to stay while we were away from home. They were very accommodating and surpassed our expectations as hosts. My husband appreciated Ian greeting us and shaking his hand when we arrived. Katie was super friendly and kind. She checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond when we contacted her. The AC units worked amazingly and the bed was very comfortable. Their place was also pet friendly which was a huge plus. We look forward to staying there again!

We stayed at this wonderful guest house for 5 nights. It was the perfect little getaway for my wife and I and our 2 year old son. I cannot even put into words how incredibly nice our host was. We interacted with John the most as his wife Ann was out of town but we hope to meet her when we return next time. John was an absolute gem, he not only made us feel at home but he made us feel like family. Our son loved the little frog pond in the back and John would help hi my find the frogs. The interior was great, beds were comfy. It was quiet and peaceful. It was very clean. Shower was nice with hit water instantly. We were working in New london so the location was perfect with lots to do for our 2 year old. Our son LOVES cars and John even brought his VW bug convertible out for him to see. It truly was a gift to stay here and we hope to stay in touch for future stays and also so our son can say hi to his new friend John every so often. ❤️ I highly recommend
