Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in New Hampshire

This was our 2nd time staying at a unit hosted by ace on this resort and we will definitely return again! You get that private feel of a home with all the benefits of a hotel, not to mention beautiful Mountain Views when you step right out the door! Great location, 15 mins from Conway and we drove 30 min the other direction for the Mount Washington tour drive and we still wish we could’ve stayed longer. Our dog was more than welcome for a small pet fee. Highly recommend!!

Right off the bat, Jason was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Kurt was very responsive and made us feel at home. Both always warm and friendly. This gorgeous carriage house is completely stocked with everything you need. From your cooking pans and condiments, to linens and toiletries. Sitting on the back deck and taking in the beautiful views was our favorite part. We are very grateful to both Jason and Kurt for sharing their wonderful carriage house with our family. We can’t wait to come back!

Terrance's place was clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy to find and the perfect stay. Terrance was very kind and hospitable.

My first visit to NH & fell in love with the weather. Cute little upstairs home & perfect location which we didn’t have to travel far for Berlin’s HS graduation. Weather was awesome, we used ceiling fans & had doors open while watching a movie in comfortable living room, washer/dryer was convenient. Thanks so much!

This place is absolutely amazing! Super tidy, spotless clean, and equipped with everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The attention to detail really made a difference, from the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful amenities. It was truly an incredible experience. Great house and location that was peaceful and private and had great views! It was a beautiful fun house with unique features appropriate for several guests. Loved the fire pit especially, which was easy to use since the house was well stocked with wood. The house had all the amenities especially for the kitchen, which made cooking and preparing meals super enjoyable and easy. Updated and new kitchen appliances and bathrooms that were super clean and nice. Kristen was extremely responsive and helpful and super gracious in her hosting. Appreciated the flexible check in along with her periodic check ins to make sure we didn’t have any problems or questions. Overall, very impressed with the house and host and my friends and I had a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend and look forward to going back sometime!

Despite some snow and a power outage, our family had a nice, relaxing Thanksgiving holiday at this property. The gas fireplace was a blessing and helped us stay warm during the outage. The house was well-equipped and had all amenities as advertised. Merrill was a great host!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, comfortable, and peaceful home—perfect for our family of five! The space was quiet, private, and truly felt like a home away from home. It's in a beautiful location right by Lake Province, and we had almost everything we needed for our 3-night Easter weekend stay. Our older children attend UNH, and this was the perfect spot for us all to be together, relax, play games, and enjoy quality family time. We love to cook, and the brand new kitchen was gorgeous and a joy to use—we prepared three amazing meals together! Just a heads-up for fellow cooks: the kitchen is stocked with the basics, so if you're planning more elaborate meals, you might want to bring a few extra tools. The outdoor space was also a highlight! With beautiful weather all three days, we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the fire pit, string lights, grilling, eating al fresco, and just being together. We truly loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back.

The condo was very beautiful and homey. We spent most of our stay indoors because it rained, and we enjoyed every second! Everything was as described and well taken care of. Basia and Bradley checked in on us throughout our stay and gave us plenty of recommendations. Looking forward to staying there again!

Roberta's place was perfect! We come up to Lincoln often and have stayed at many different places and I must say that this location is the best -- it took us one minute to get to Loon! The view is spectacular -- I love sitting on the couch, reading, while I look up and see the Pemi river. It is so very peaceful. Inside, you will find all the amenities you could need - every room is fully stocked. The beds are super comfy, and if you appreciate a nice cozy blanket while sitting next to the fire, you will find one in every bedroom! Roberta was very friendly and responsive. My daughter and I decided to extend our stay by one day, and she immediately got back to me, making the process seamless. I highly recommend this place!!

Diane was amazing to work with and very helpful and responsive! The condo was beautiful, clean, cutely decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location with so much to do within walking distance. Highly recommend. We are already looking to go back next year for our yearly Hampton Beach getaway.

I’ve never been to New Hampshire and this place is in the middle of the best places to see around, at least that’s what it felt like to me. A lot of things are in walkable distance, great location with great condo lofts! Loved the quick weekend stay I had.

Absolutely beautiful condo in the perfect location! We loved everything about it! Perfectly clean and had everything we needed and more (comfortable beds, pool, pickle ball, beautiful grounds, extremely clean, perfectly decorated for comfort, etc…). Could not have been better! Looking forward to our next stay here! Also, very friendly and responsive host. We literally said “wow” when we saw it! Very highly recommend!
