Condo holiday rentals in New Haven

Julie's place is located in the Yale campus. It's convenient to go around the corner to have a cup of morning coffee, buy groceries in the market or CVS, and go to restaurants in walking distances. I like about how the place has a gym on the first floor. As a host, Julie is very responsive through message. She helps solve a network issue very efficiently and whenever I ask her if she has anything I need she would respond in minutes and help me find those. She offered to compensate me with 15$ a week for laundry fee and was so kind and hospitable all the time! I really enjoy the stay and I would definitely stay at her place again if I will be around New Haven.

Really liked the place but our reservation didn’t end up getting entered into the Cliffside system - so I had to call the after hours emergency service to get the code to get in. Not a huge deal but a little scary,

Met all of our needs to be close to family in the area for an event. It's very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spiral staircase was steep and narrow, but we made it work. Thanks for a great overall stay!

The house was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is perfect! It's very close to downtown New Milford and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent place to stay! This was my second visit, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. The room in the upper floor is the best as you avoid unwanted noises (traffic, other people walking). They are also implementing a new system for the washer/dryer that allows you to pay with your cellphone, making it much easier to pay now. They are usually quick to answer and helpful. I recommend this place for sure.

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. Stop whatever you’re doing in the area and take 10 minutes to walk across the street to enjoy the sunset. I guarantee it’s addictive. Spent a post-Labor Day weekend with some friends and had an amazing time. The condo is centrally located between downtown Southampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor and all that those areas have to offer. Several beaches, both bay-side and ocean-side, are also close by, but we mostly ended up lounging by the pool. The condo itself is spacious which is only further amplified by the amount of natural light reflecting off the bright interiors that let you know you’re near the beach. There are plenty of towels—both bath and beach—and there is ample beach equipment that you can use. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking/dining at home, and there’s an outdoor patio equipped with a grill and dining furniture. Hostess could not have been nicer or more responsive, so I will definitely want to stay here again.

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. There was a slight hiccup with check-in times but Julie was very communicative and sorted it out promptly. The place itself was great, beautiful waterfront views and a private beach. The weather wasn’t the best but we still made the most of it. The apartment was compact but big enough for 4 adults.

Had an amazing stay in Greenport. The condo was exactly as listed, extremely clean and has a ton of amenities. Tom communicated from when the reservation was booked until the end, he was readily available, answered quickly and gave tons of informations. The location is ideal with the private beach and pool and a quick 5 minute drive into town. The condo offers a great little kitchen, a wonderful balcony with a water view and an unbeatable sunset and all the amenities you need for your stay. Pool towels are provided, plenty of bathroom towels, there’s a coffee machine, 3 tvs, a variety of dishware and there’s coin operated laundry in the basement. The staff that works the grounds and property are also super friendly. The town of Greenport and other surrounding towns are all close, you have endless options for vineyards in close vicinity and there’s tons of amazing restaurants within a 5-15 minute car ride. Andrew’s place was awesome. Just steps to a beautiful pool and the ocean! Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Will was pleasant, easy to reach for quick fixes and very communicative! He answered any questions we had and was incredibly helpful with locating the apartment as the map location was a little off. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and clean! We stayed for 16 days and had little to no issues. I am confident anyone else would find this place to be worth the price!
